The best American John Woo movie. And the peak of Van Damme.

Man the 90s were so great haha nothing like standing on a moving motorcycle, while shooting a beretta with unlimited ammo, and front flipping over a car, and then shooting it until it explodes. The good ole days.

John Woo is clearly retarded, but what I mean to say by that is that we should let more retarded people make movies

This is such a wildly complex scene to put together. It all reads right, and is incredibly easy to follow visually. The fact there's no CGI is even more impressive. Great stunt work, great camera work, great editing, great pacing. I have to imagine this was storyboarded first and then rehearsed about 120 times.

Jean Claude Van Damme was my fav hero growing up for his raw action, superb kicks, and the legendary leg split. When he joined hands with the great John Woo, you wouldn't expect anything lesser.

It always amazes me in movies how the protagonist can have like a Glock or standard pistol and the opposition can literally have 3 Kalashnikovas bussinnnn , in his direction, he donโ€™t get hit but he kills them, on a motorcycle at that??? Cmon now lmaoooo
