Great documentary! Sadly this video was the final nail in the coffin for my opinion that karrigan is the weak spot in this team, because he doesn't criticise himself here either. His team-mates sense this and it creates a subconscious resentment towards the IGL, which is deadly for the mentality and team spirit. Iam sorry to say it, he is an icon of the scene and he was insane, but his time is over. Not only the ingame Performance got naturally worse with getting older, but I also think that he is not a good IGL at current times. He can not deliver the momentum, the energy. Maybe a professional mental coach is able to give the needed input in negative pressure situations, which the team spirit itself is not able to solve.
