This month, we celebrated our 200th day of hot fire testing on the Mobile Test Stand (MTS)—a huge milestone on our journey to provide orbital and surface delivery services! Christened in March 2019, the MTS includes the avionics and propulsion systems required to perform development testing and performance verification of our main engine, motor valves, and avionics systems. The series of tests executed on our 200th test day advanced our performance, cooling, and stability objectives for the IM-3 main engine injector.

Haven Demo build and test are complete, and it is now undergoing final integration for launch. Meanwhile, we’re moving toward critical systems testing and continuing to build momentum on Haven-1 flight hardware. Haven-1’s primary structure qualification article has successfully completed its test campaign at our Mojave, CA facility, while the flight structure has been fully welded and is being prepared for pressure testing. Designed, manufactured, and tested in-house in the 🇺🇸.

We’ll continue to increase both capacity and capability at our HEAT facility with future phases introducing continuous high-Mach vitiated airflow to enable more flight-like supersonic and hypersonic testing conditions on the ground.

In preparation for completing pilot-on-board transition flights, our team conducted rigorous failure injection testing on our aircraft, to validate the layers of resilience we've built into our aircraft. In every case, our aircraft kept flying safely and landed vertically with no change to pilot procedures. 🎥 Watch the film to see actual footage from the tests.

Our “test-like-you-fly” approach has always been a critical part of our DNA and vertical integration strategy in other to ensure rapid iterations and vehicle reliability. Here's a short segment of our triple quad mass spec glyphosate-testing instrument in our Health Ranger Store lab, where we test all our products for herbicides, heavy metals, mycotoxins, bacteria and more. I actually developed a unique glyphosate testing and quant method on this instrument, over about 18 months of effort (and relying on really unique chemistry for the chromatography).
