My friend, a vet, lives in Florida, retired, does rescue. She took an old Gr Shepherd that was left along the road. She cleaned him up..bath & brush etc, the shelter put him up for adoption. A lady in Texas had his brother. She flew to Fl rented a car & took him to his brother.
