This day, the 16th of March, makes it the 3rd month I had tibial surgery in Tokyo, to fix a broken knee. The surgeons have warned my recovery will take a year. I am still wheelchair bound. I am grateful to those who are kind to me.

Alhamdullilah. I am now an Ironman World Championship Finisher! Still feels like it’s a dream. Is this the end of my ironman journey? Nope. I do this to be the best version of myself. To build discipline, to strengthen my grit and willpower, to be the fittest mentally and physically. I have a goal of being able to do an ironman until i turn a-100 years old. Inshaallah. Doakan.

My proposal is for a Basic Law to recognize the State of Palestine in the Knesset. 146 countries have already recognized it (88% of the world’s nations). The Knesset must recognize the State of Palestine. Only then will the conflict end, and we will establish peace. I support a Palestinian state because I am human, because I am Palestinian, because I am a citizen of Israel, and also because I am an Arab citizen within the state.

Today is autistic pride day. And there is something special about being able to post a video of me stimming, when even going back a year or two years I could never have done that. My autistic traits are the parts of myself I grew up feeling embarrassed about. I wanted to hide it all away, to blend in and be like everyone else. But no matter how hard I tried, I just wasn’t like everyone else, and trying to be broke me. I don’t think autistic pride means you have to love being autistic. I think autistic pride is about taking back the power from the world and the people that wanted me to hide my autistic self. Learning to love myself as I am, accept myself for who I am, and know that I am autistic and that is okay. It is not good, it is not bad - it just IS. I know I am lucky to be able to discover the authentic me, and feel safe to be myself. I am leaning in to the authentic version of me as fully as I can. Happy #AutisticPrideDay. Know that however you feel about this day is okay. However you feel about being autistic is okay. ❤️🧡💛💚🩵💙💜 (also taking a moment to feel the emotion that I can even post this caption, after years and years of hating myself. this is healing).

I recognize one of the men in this image as the person I believe was involved in my abduction on June 25, 2026, at the Serena Hotel parking area. I also recognize the same Subaru.The number plate appears to have been deliberately obscured or altered, making identification difficult. Distinctive features, including the vehicle's wheel design and one of the masked men I encountered. He is the same person who threatened me, saying, "You will be killed, your people will carry leaves for one week, and nothing will happen." Those words have never left my mind. Despite everything you did to me, you failed to break my spirit. You stripped me naked, hoping to humiliate me and crush my resolve. Instead, you discovered that courage cannot be stripped away. The strength I carry is not in my clothes or anything I possess it's in my convictions. You can intimidate a person, but you cannot erase who they are. Removing my clothes did not remove the Kenyan in me. It did not remove the Luo in me. It did not silence my voice or weaken my resolve. I am still standing. I am still speaking. And I am still unafraid.

I think a lot about the relationship I have with my own inner demons. It’s never been easy for me to face how I get seduced by chaos and turmoil. It makes me feel claustrophobic. Disease is about facing that fear, facing myself and my inner darkness, and realizing that sometimes I can’t win or escape the parts of myself that scare me. That I can try and run from them but they are still part of me and I can run and run but eventually I’ll meet that part of myself again, even if only for a moment. Dancing, morphing, running, purging. Again and again, back with myself. This integration is ultimately beautiful to me because it’s mine and I’ve learned to handle it. I am the conductor of my own symphony. I am every actor in the plays that are my art and my life. No matter how scary the question, the answers are inside of me. Essential, inextricable parts of what makes me me. I save myself by keeping going. I am the whole me, I am strong, and I am up for the challenge. Happy Halloween.
