Considering education has gotten progressively worse despite costing more since the DOE was formed, probably not a bad idea.

The Department of Education is a Big bureaucracy that has no power to effect anything to do with a child's education. The day after it is gone it will literally have no effect on your children's day.

ANOTHER BOLD FACED LIE. The Trump tax cuts benefited the middle class and made the tax structure far more fair. There is not a SINGLE proposal to give billionaires a tax break.

Education should be paid for by the states. Tax the people less for federal expenditures and the states and localities can spend the money as they decide. They may (probably) have better ideas than federal politicians passing mega budgets for looting.
