One of the best swaps I’ve ever made for my health was switching from almond/soy/oat milk to raw whole dairy. Store bought plant milks are often filled with seed oils, gums, lined in plastic, derived from old nuts in a very different light environment & packed and produced even further away. The fact that it was sold to us as low calorie, ethical or a health food is comical. My health improved faster with raw dairy than any other paths I’ve taken in the wellness space. The only thing better than the raw milk is raw kefir. The vibration of the milk matters. How the cows are treated, their diet, the cows direct relationship to the farmer, hygiene routine, the intention while being milked, whether their babies are on the milk share or not all impact the final product. Raw dairy is amazing as is, but it’s a different game when the process is small scale and extremely intentional.

Farmer explains the story behind the demonization of raw milk: "They put a lot of dairies in cities next to distilleries. They would be fed the same grains from the distilleries, made these cows extremely unhealthy. These cows got tuberculosis... disease was rampant. The pasteurization process made this milk drinkable without killing you." He explains why the dairy industry is more responsible for milk related infections than raw dairy farms. "The chief fear from drinking raw milk is E. Coli... when the cows eat a lot of grain, their rumen becomes acidic. They have evolved to withstand the acid in their rumen, so now when we consume it, the acid in our stomach doesn't kill it" "The reason we're in this position with raw milk being demonized... mostly it's money. There's a lot of money in the dairy industry. They have sway with the media, with state and federal governments. It's a large industry with a powerful lobby."

Goat milk could heal the world. Look around at society right now…. Digestive problems and inflammation are everywhere. Autoimmune issues are on the rise. People are exhausted, nutrient deficient, constantly bloated, dealing with gut issues, mucus buildup, and feeling disconnected from real nourishment. And somehow this has all become “normal.” But what if part of the problem is that we moved so far away from the foods humans traditionally thrived on? Modern diets are filled with ultra-processed foods, artificial ingredients, seed oils, synthetic vitamins, gums, preservatives, and heavily processed dairy products that many people struggle to tolerate. Then people are told their body is the problem, but maybe the food is the REAL problem… Goat milk is one of the most nourishing traditional foods there is. Unlike conventional cow milk, goat milk naturally contains smaller fat molecules and a different protein structure, which is why many people find it much easier to digest and less inflammatory. Instead of sitting heavy in the stomach, many people describe goat milk as feeling lighter and easier on the body. It’s naturally rich in calcium, magnesium, potassium, selenium, phosphorus, vitamin A, healthy fats, and bioavailable nutrients that support the body on a deep level. People have relied on goat milk for generations to help nourish growing children, support digestion, maintain strength, and provide nutrient-dense food during hard times. Goats can thrive where other livestock struggle, turning rough land and brush into incredibly rich milk. And honestly, I think a lot of people would feel dramatically different if they replaced processed foods and artificial drinks with real traditional nourishment like fresh goat milk. Better digestion, stable energy, and less inflammation. Real nourishment instead of empty calories. Funny how society labels ancestral foods as “alternative” while chronic illness becomes the norm. No thank you! Raw goat milk for the win!

🚨 The raw milk trend is getting people killed. A Florida woman lost her baby and nearly died after being infected by E. coli traced to raw milk from a local dairy. She didn’t even drink it — she just cared for her sick toddler who did. This isn’t a one-off. Florida’s Department of Health has linked 21 illnesses to that same raw milk since January, including multiple kids. Let’s be clear: 🥛 Pasteurization isn’t some evil “chemical” process. It’s literally just heating milk enough to kill bacteria like E. coli, Listeria, and Salmonella. The worst thing pasteurization does is reduce some vitamin content of milk (PMID: 22054181) but most of these vitamins were relatively low to begin with & if you are worried just take a multi-vitamin… it’s not worth potentially freaking dying People claiming “raw milk is healthier” are ignoring decades of research showing no proven health benefit—just a much higher risk of foodborne illness, miscarriage, and even death. Even the FDA and CDC have been warning about this for years (PMIDs: 27340300). Raw milk is NOT a health food… it’s a possible death food. And now you have raw food advocates talking about heating raw milk to kill bacteria… which is literally pasteurization but they are too stupid and ignorant of the process to realize it. At this point, maybe we should chalk this up to natural selection for people stupid enough to do it… but just because you are an idiot doesn’t mean you should put your kids in harms way

New: Joe Rogan shocks Clint Eastwood’s son Scott Eastwood by revealing that the government demonized raw milk that is actually healthy for humans: ROGAN: “Raw milk is really good for you. When you drink raw milk you’re getting all these natural enzymes that haven’t been killed off from the pasteurization process.” EASTWOOD: “I just got back from Europe and my body felt so much better there. What’s going on with that?” ROGAN: “It’s our food. Our food is bad. If you drink a glass of homogenized pasteurized milk your body has no idea what it is. That stuff can just sit on the shelf for months which is crazy. Raw milk is only good for a few days which is how it’s supposed to be.” EASTWOOD: “I can’t digest American cheese, but I can eat cheese in Italy no problem. They explained to me they have this 4-6 hour process that removes the lactose. In America we just slap it in and send it out.” ROGAN: “The people on the left used to care about avoiding chemicals and processed foods, but since all these positive health movements are associated with Trump and RFK Jr they’re rejecting something that’s good for everybody. They thinks it’s some right wing anti-science position now. You guys are being brainwashed. We should all be eating organic food.” EASTWOOD: “How is this even an argument? People should all want what’s for the betterment of society.” ROGAN: “Americans are some of the sickest and fattest people on Planet Earth while also being the most wealthy country.”

It’s CRAZY that we think soy powder is able to replace this 🍼 A mother’s milk is literally designed to nourish her child. It’s the most important thing a baby could eat: - Strengthens the baby’s gut & immune system - Lowers the stress levels of the baby & makes him feel more at ease - Strengthens the bond between mother & child It even CHANGES depending on what the baby needs! It starts out colostrum-rich and bolsters the gut lining of the baby. If the baby falls ill, it produces antibodies for it to fight the disease. It’s even different on a daily basis. Breast milk at night helps the baby sleep. Soy formula could never ‼️ Now you can understand why breast milk was deemed so important that we used to hire “wet nurses”, when mothers couldn’t feed their babies These days? We claim formula to be a good substitute. But is it really? 9.9/10 formulas in the supermarket are just poor. Even the most expensive ones are usually filled with soybean, canola oil and sometimes even weird gums & emulsifiers. It’s disgusting how they all have so many stickers on them that claim that they’re so healthy. Honestly, out of every aisle in the supermarket? The infant nutrition one is the worst. And there are plenty of poor aisles. Commercial formula is definitely not something a baby should be consuming, especially in the first 4-6 months where it doesn’t consume anything solid. But of course, not every mother is able to breastfeed, for a variety of reasons. The best alternative is to get a donor, but if you can’t the next is to procure full fat goat’s or cow’s milk. That’s what we’ve done for thousands of years. You CAN feed your child animal’s milk. Obviously Big Food doesn’t want you too, they want you to buy their soy mush lol. You can always use animal’s milk as a good base to make your own formula too. You can dilute it with spring water, add cream, gelatin & even coconut oil to improve consistency. Then, as the baby grows (roughly around the 6 month mark), you can slowly introduce the tiniest portions of foods like liver pâté, egg yolks, fruit & puréed meats. Babies are just tiny human beings at the end of the day. They need their programmed breast milk for a bit, then you can just give them what you eat (at a much smaller dose) Note: The quality of breast milk is entirely dependent on the nutrition of the mother. It needs to be on point, or else you risk poor quality breast milk & the deterioration of the mother’s health. Some countries ban vegan moms from donating breast milk because it’s usually deficient in B vitamins. 📹: [design_cells]

🚨 Donate Urgently for Infant Milk in Gaza 🚨 In Gaza, a baby does not understand war, siege, or borders. They only understand hunger. They cry… and cry… until their voice becomes weaker than their need. Why does a newborn scream until their lips turn dry? Why does a mother hold an empty bottle, shaking it again and again, hoping milk will appear… when she knows there is none? There are thousands of infants in Gaza whose bodies are too small to endure this. Newborns who cannot wait, cannot “be patient,” cannot survive without milk. 🍼 This campaign is not about comfort. It is about life itself. Infant formula is not an option. It is not a preference. It is the difference between breathing and fading. In Gaza today, mothers dilute milk to make it last, babies drink water instead of formula, and some infants sleep from exhaustion, not fullness. Hospitals, tents, shelters — the same question echoes everywhere: “Is there milk for the baby?” We are Mohammed Project — from the heart of Gaza, moving between shelters and displacement camps, carrying infant formula in our hands and fear in our hearts that we will not have enough. Because a hungry baby does not wait for tomorrow. A dehydrated infant does not survive delays. ✨ This lifeline exists because some chose to act when silence was easier: 🩷 William Menaker (Will 🦥 Menaker) turned compassion into nourishment for babies who cannot speak for themselves. 🩷 Eyup Lovely (Eyup Lovely) stood beside Gaza’s infants when their mothers were standing alone. 🩷 Felix (GoliathFan1952) used his voice so that babies would not be left to cry unseen. 🫂 Your support was not symbolic. It became milk in a bottle, strength in a fragile body, and hope in a mother’s trembling hands. 🙏 Every donation today means a baby survives tonight. 👉 Donate now — because no child should starve before they can even speak.

ARLA WON -- YOU LOST - BOVAER SOON ALL MILK After the Arla - DMK takeover last week a Huge New Milk Supply Monolith has been Formed. This means Bovaer‑milk will quietly become the default “standard milk”, while organic milk becomes scarcer and more expensive. AND YOU WILL NOT BE INFORMED ON LABELS Why this matters now with the Arla–DMK merger: This is where things get strategically interesting. 1. Arla is already the most aggressive adopter of Bovaer They defended it publicly, continued trials, and positioned it as central to their climate strategy. This means the merged entity is WILL scale Bovaer faster, not slower. 2. DMK brings Germany — a huge dairy market — into the equation The merger forces a harmonised methane strategy, and Bovaer is the only ready‑to‑deploy tool. CONSUMERS: Exoect Organic Milk to be Priced out of the Market, not just UK, not just EU, but there will be plans through those financially involved, like Bill Gates, to get BOVAER in Animal Feeds as the de facto position. And before Mr Gates Operatives on X start to argue: The Company holding Bovaer Trademarks is DSM-Firmenich -- The Gates Foundation holds extensive shareholdings in this Company. From Scottish Parliamentary Briefing Papers re Nicola Sturgeon's involvement... "There also seems to be some information hidden from public view, such as DSM-Firmenich denying any connection with Bill Gates, only for us to discover Bill Gates has purchased 1m shares in the Company, with the major investor behind the scheme, Black Rock" There will also be price differentiation between Bovaer Milk and Non-Bovaer. OF COURSE TEN YEARS FROM NOW THERE WILL BE ZERO CHOICE - JUST BOVAER. For the Arla–DMK giant, this means: They will push Bovaer harder than ever — because climate targets demand it. They must avoid another consumer revolt — because the merged brand is too big to hide. They will likely invest heavily in “green dairy” PR, transparency dashboards, and retailer‑aligned messaging. Any future health concerns (even unfounded ones) will hit twice as hard because of their scale. LACK OF CHOICE, LACK OF TRANSPARENCY, PUBLIC REJECTION We’re sleepwalking into a food system where the public has no real choice at all. Supermarkets are quietly shifting to “low‑methane milk” using feed additives like Bovaer — and most people don’t even know it’s happening. There’s no clear labelling. There’s no public documentation. There’s no way for families to choose milk without these additives unless they pay organic prices or hunt down tiny local suppliers. And here’s the truth nobody in the industry wants to say out loud: Even if every analysis says “no harm”, even if regulators approve it, even if the science is solid… The public still won’t want it if they feel tricked. People want transparency. People want choice. People want to know what’s going into the food chain — not find out years later through a press release. This isn’t anti‑science. This isn’t anti‑farmer. This is about trust. If the industry keeps rolling out feed additives without open discussion, clear labelling, or public consent, they’re going to trigger a backlash far bigger than they expect. Choice matters. Transparency matters. Trust matters. And right now, the public is getting none of them. MANY FARMERS DO NOT WANT CHEMICALS OF ANY KIND PUT INTO ANIMAN FEED AND THEN INTO THE HUMAN FOOD CHAIN.. Because. It. Is. Insane...

🚨 A baby in Gaza cannot survive without milk. 🚨 Donate now: Before you keep scrolling… Somewhere in Gaza tonight… A mother is holding her baby. She shakes an empty bottle over and over again… As if milk might somehow appear. But it never does. Her baby keeps crying. Not because they want a toy. Not because they are tired. Because they are hungry. Because there is no milk. A newborn does not understand war. They do not understand siege. They do not understand why their stomach hurts. They only know one feeling: Hunger. And they cry… Until they no longer have the strength to cry. Thousands of babies across Gaza are living this reality every single day. Parents spend hours searching for infant formula. Most return with nothing. Some borrow money. Some beg. Some simply sit beside their child… Completely helpless. There is no greater pain than watching your baby cry from hunger… While knowing you have nothing left to feed them. No mother should ever have to whisper: “I’m sorry… There is no milk.” Yet this heartbreaking scene is repeated every single day across Gaza. We are Mohammed Project, working directly from the heart of Gaza. Every day our team searches for infant formula wherever it can be found. Every day we deliver it by hand to displaced families. Every can of milk means another baby can finally eat. Every delivery means another mother can breathe with relief. But today… Donations have collapsed. Our supplies are running out. And we fear that soon we will have to tell desperate parents: “We don’t have any milk left.” Imagine hearing those words… When your baby has not eaten for hours. When they have been crying without stopping. When there is nowhere else to turn. This is the reality thousands of families in Gaza are facing. This work has continued only because compassionate people refused to look away. 🩷 William Menaker (Will 🦥 Menaker) 🩷 Eyup Lovely (Eyup Lovely) 🩷 Felix (GoliathFan1952) Their voices helped deliver infant formula to babies who desperately needed it. Now… We need your help. Please… Don’t scroll away. Don’t assume someone else will donate. Your donation today could become the next can of milk for a hungry baby. It could allow an exhausted mother to go to sleep tonight knowing her child will not go hungry. It could be the hope a family has been praying for. 🍼 Donate now and help us provide infant formula to Gaza’s babies before more families are left with nothing.

Everyone's body is different but statistically Animal milk drinkers often have issues with the following and all of these affect the way your hair and scalp function 1. Hard to Digest for Many People Most adults, especially people of African, Asian, and Indigenous descent, are lactose intolerant-meaning they lack the enzyme lactase to properly digest milk. This can lead to bloating, gas, and digestive discomfort. Because this takes so much energy, energy is taken off of your hair and your hair needs energy 2. Inflammatory & Mucus-Producing Dairy can be inflammatory for some people, especially those prone to acne, eczema, or sinus issues. This issues spills over into your hair and scalp and can have you losing hair by the clumps. It can increase mucus production, which can contribute to congestion and respiratory issues. 3. Hormones & Antibiotics Conventional dairy often contains added hormones (like growth hormones) and antibiotics, which may affect your body's natural hormone balance. Even in organic milk, cows naturally produce estrogen, which can still impact hormone-sensitive individuals. Hair growth is directly tied to hormones so if these are thrown off, your hair will be 4. Acidic, Block Iron Absorption & Deplete Calcium Contrary to popular belief, milk is acidic, and some studies suggest that excessive dairy consumption may actually leach calcium from bones instead of strengthening them. It without a doubt blocks the absorption of iron. Many Black American women are anemic and this single handily can have your hair on the floor so you have to be careful.. Thoughts 💭⁉️

Rule: Choose the name of the person whose behavior matches the given “word.” Q1: Q1: Who is the real affectionate one? (They point at each other) 🥰 🌷: It depends on the day. 🧚🏻‍♀️: It depends on the energy of each day. 🌷: Yes, there is one. It’s a mix of good and bad things. There’s also a little bit of clinginess. 🧚🏻‍♀️: Yes, it’s different every day. 🌷: Sometimes, we share the same feeling. Q2: Who is the one who supports the other? 🌷🧚🏻‍♀️: Same answer, yes. It depends on the situation. 🌷: Like today, we encourage and support each other. It would be difficult if it were just one person. 🧚🏻‍♀️: We simply support each other and whatever happens that day. We have a lot of events every day, so we constantly support each other. Q3: Who is the clumsy one? 🌷: I’m not clumsy, I’m funny. 🧚🏻‍♀️: Clumsy. 🌷: Definitely both of us. It’s in us. 🧚🏻‍♀️: We have our moments. 🌷: Like when we’re doing something new. 🧚🏻‍♀️: We don’t even notice it, we just do things without realizing. 🌷: All the time. 🧚🏻‍♀️: I think being clumsy is cute. Q4: Who is the true foodie? 🌷: I think it’s me. I like eating much more than you do. 🧚🏻‍♀️: It could be, yes. P’Freen always likes to snack. 🌷: But when it comes to milk tea, Bec drinks more than me. 🧚🏻‍♀️: We’re not talking about milk tea. 🌷: I like eating. Whenever I’m hungry, I eat. 🧚🏻‍♀️: And you need the energy for your whole workday, right? Yum, yum. Here, eat more. 🌷: Exactly.

If you want to know how bad the government wants to keep raw dairy from you, look no further than the Rawesome raid back in 2011. The FDA, FBI, and LAPD came in and took EVERYTHING from these business owners for selling real food, and then arrested the owners and put them in jail on $100k+ bail. They hate raw dairy for a couple reasons. 1. It cuts out a massive part of the food processing industry and lets people buy direct from farmers. Given the FDA is captured by these corporations, they went as far as possible to shut them down. Dairy corporations weren't getting their cut of the pie, so they used their clout and influence to treat these people like drug dealers for just selling real food. 2. Raw dairy would help heal everyone from the monstrous autoimmune epidemic happening across the country right now, and that is bad business for the medical system. They need people sick with screwed up guts and immune systems to keep needing their drugs, surgeries, and barbaric medical practices. There is mind blowing history to pasteurization that is rife with the same corruption, fraud, bad actors, and dogshit science for the benefit of corporations and business interests, similar to the vaccine industry, so I'll be doing a long post on that very soon. To put it simply, pasteurization did not make milk safer. Milk was making people sick due to heavy metal based pesticides being used in the early 1900s like paris green (lead, arsenic, etc), pesticides like DDT being sprayed on cows directly and on their food, as well as the distillery run offs they were feeding cows that were full of horrific toxins, which get into the milk and then people who drank it got sick. Everything you've been told by the government about raw dairy is a complete lie intended to restrict you from one the healthiest and most healing foods on earth, and keep money flowing to criminal food corporations trying to poison you.

Steve Jobs on why most companies fail at marketing: "Marketing is about values. This is a very complicated world. It's a very noisy world. And we're not going to get a chance to get people to remember much about us." Jobs argues that in a crowded marketplace, companies must be clear about what they stand for, not what they sell. "The way to do that is not to talk about speeds and feeds. It's not to talk about nips and megahertz. It's not to talk about why we're better than Windows." He points to the dairy industry as a cautionary tale: They spent 20 years trying to convince people milk was good for them, and sales flatlined. Then came "Got Milk"—a campaign that doesn't even talk about the product, yet sales took off. But Jobs' best example is Nike: "Nike sells a commodity. They sell shoes. And yet, when you think of Nike, you feel something different than a shoe company... They honor great athletes and they honor great athletics. That's who they are." Jobs notes that even iconic brands like Apple, Nike, and Disney need constant care to stay relevant. At the time, he believed Apple had "clearly suffered from neglect."

I may not have always been an A+ student, but I nailed my Dexa scan! 📈 If you’ve never tried a comprehensive body composition scan (I highly recommend it), it's one of the best ways to track health metrics like lean muscle mass, body fat, visceral fat, bone density, and more. 💪 Visceral fat is belly fat that is deep within the abdominal cavity that surrounds organs. It’s different from subcutaneous fat, which is fat just below your skin. Visceral fat is actually more dangerous to your health. So, for those of you who wanna know… here’s an example of my typical meals 🥩… Meal 1. Whole eggs cooked in tallow with avocado/fruit Or Leftover steak with butter and honey + couple oz of beef liver Meal 2. Protein bowl with rice, lettuce, homemade sauerkraut, pickles, artichoke hearts, and olive oil. Meal 3. Osso Buco/Oxtail stew + organ meats + mash potatoes or rice. Snacks: Fruit, cheese, pickles, greens powder (Buy 1, get 2 FREE in my bio link) with goat milk, and fresh tomato from my @modernhomesteadhq Food Security System. But my FAVORITE snack is… Frozen fruit with goat milk kefir topped with honey! Here’s what I DON’T eat: Inflammatory seed oils, added sugars and (most) packaged foods. 🤢 DexaFit ai™ SF Bay Area

As per World Bank, we need 2.15 dollars per day to stay above poverty line. In that 2 dollars, less than a dollar goes on diet. But on an average, middle class people spend 3-5 dollars on their diet every day. If we compare with average richer classes, per day expenditure is 40-50 dollars a day. Does not include fancy restaurants or Butler services. Or wine, whiskey etc. Just food. 8 to 10 times expenditure gap with the middle class and 50 times gap with a person just at poverty level of 2 dollars. What does that difference get you? Best quality food! Steaks aren’t cheap, allergy based diets and substitutes to the products which you cannot digest. Like almond milk in place of skim/fat milk. At 3 dollars per day, it is obvious that the body is recharged with wheat, rice, pulses, milk, millets, potatoes and every agency will tell you that it is healthy and best. They cannot tell a 3 dollar guy that he gotta spend 20-25 dollars per day. As you go up, you can pick things you want to eat. Best quality of those things eventually. You can choose to be a picky eater and not worry about 30 rupees delivery fee Zomato is charging. This is why actors, athletes etc revamp their diets when they rise socioeconomic ladders. They won’t be eating 1 kg rajma after that like they did in hostel days. You have to be conscious about it. When you rise your socioeconomic strata, your diet must reflect that. Otherwise, there was no point. You could just stay at 3-5 dollars a day level and live happily ever after.

Democrats in Connecticut introduce House Bill 5537 They want to make a l new soda tax to fund universal free lunch for public school students, but it’s not just for sodas. The fine print says it’s for all sugary drinks A 2-liter bottle of soda could rise from $1.99 to $3.35 but it doesn’t stop there The tax applies to drinks with added sugars or artificial sweeteners. This means regular soda, diet drinks, flavored waters, drink mixes, some coffee and tea beverages So essentially all sweetened drinks are getting taxed. Even if it's diet or 99% juice, you're getting taxed. Drink powders and syrups too. The only exceptions - 100% fruit/vegetable juices - Milk-based drinks where milk is at least 50% of the product - Infant formula, medical beverages, and some others This adds about $2.88 in tax to every 12 pack of soda Democrats are trying to steal more of your money. We all know they never actually spend the money on what they’re supposed to

March 2020. The pandemic began. Demand for milk rose sharply. Over the next six months, we scaled procurement to 56,000 litres a day. Then the unlock happened. Demand fell from 56,000 to 30,000 litres. Almost overnight. We were still procuring at full capacity, and we didn’t know what to do. The average landing cost for one litre of milk at our plant was Rs. 55. We were selling surplus milk at Rs. 17. Buyers exploited the situation. Some of them were people I knew well. And I didn’t see it coming. The company ran out of cash. We couldn’t sustain beyond three months. Every day felt like a decision between bad and worse. In that desperation, we took whatever capital we could find, at whatever cost it came. Survival was all that mattered. Some of those decisions are still not fully repaired today. What we should have done was simple and brutal. When demand fell to 30,000 litres, procure only 30,000. Sell the surplus at a loss and absorb it. Have an honest conversation with our farmers. Tell them what was happening. Tell them we needed to stay afloat or we would shut down entirely. We didn’t do that. And it cost us. The damage from those months took years to undo, and some of it never fully did. It is easy to connect the dots looking backwards and conclude what should have been done. But some decisions, even when the right answer seems obvious in hindsight, are incredibly hard to make in the moment. In the middle of it, there is no clarity. Only noise. We should have taken the hard call early, before the damage became permanent. A mistake made while acting is forgivable. Permanent damage from avoiding the call is not. Working through the hard calls, in the field, where it matters most. Notes from the field on rain-fed farming systems in Telangana. Diversity has to go up, not one lifetime work.
