One of the best swaps I’ve ever made for my health was switching from almond/soy/oat milk to raw whole dairy. Store bought plant milks are often filled with seed oils, gums, lined in plastic, derived from old nuts in a very different light environment & packed and produced even further away. The fact that it was sold to us as low calorie, ethical or a health food is comical. My health improved faster with raw dairy than any other paths I’ve taken in the wellness space. The only thing better than the raw milk is raw kefir. The vibration of the milk matters. How the cows are treated, their diet, the cows direct relationship to the farmer, hygiene routine, the intention while being milked, whether their babies are on the milk share or not all impact the final product. Raw dairy is amazing as is, but it’s a different game when the process is small scale and extremely intentional.

Goat milk could heal the world. Look around at society right now…. Digestive problems and inflammation are everywhere. Autoimmune issues are on the rise. It’s CRAZY that we think soy powder is able to replace this 🍼 A mother’s milk is literally designed to nourish her child. It’s the most important thing a baby could eat: - Strengthens the baby’s gut & immune system - Lowers the stress levels of the baby & makes him feel more at ease - Strengthens the bond between mother & child It even CHANGES depending on what the baby needs! It starts out colostrum-rich and bolsters the gut lining of the baby. If the baby falls ill, it produces antibodies for it to fight the disease. It’s even different on a daily basis. Breast milk at night helps the baby sleep. Soy formula could never ‼️ Now you can understand why breast milk was deemed so important that we used to hire “wet nurses”, when mothers couldn’t feed their babies These days? We claim formula to be a good substitute. But is it really? 9.9/10 formulas in the supermarket are just poor. Even the most expensive ones are usually filled with soybean, canola oil and sometimes even weird gums & emulsifiers. It’s disgusting how they all have so many stickers on them that claim that they’re so healthy. Honestly, out of every aisle in the supermarket? The infant nutrition one is the worst. And there are plenty of poor aisles. Commercial formula is definitely not something a baby should be consuming, especially in the first 4-6 months where it doesn’t consume anything solid. But of course, not every mother is able to breastfeed, for a variety of reasons. The best alternative is to get a donor, but if you can’t the next is to procure full fat goat’s or cow’s milk. That’s what we’ve done for thousands of years. You CAN feed your child animal’s milk. Obviously Big Food doesn’t want you too, they want you to buy their soy mush lol. You can always use animal’s milk as a good base to make your own formula too. You can dilute it with spring water, add cream, gelatin & even coconut oil to improve consistency. Then, as the baby grows (roughly around the 6 month mark), you can slowly introduce the tiniest portions of foods like liver pâté, egg yolks, fruit & puréed meats. Babies are just tiny human beings at the end of the day. They need their programmed breast milk for a bit, then you can just give them what you eat (at a much smaller dose) Note: The quality of breast milk is entirely dependent on the nutrition of the mother. It needs to be on point, or else you risk poor quality breast milk & the deterioration of the mother’s health. If you want to know how bad the government wants to keep raw dairy from you, look no further than the Rawesome raid back in 2011. The FDA, FBI, and LAPD came in and took EVERYTHING from these business owners for selling real food, and then arrested the owners and put them in jail on $100k+ bail. Raw dairy would help heal everyone from the monstrous autoimmune epidemic happening across the country right now, and that is bad business for the medical system. They need people sick with screwed up guts and immune systems to keep needing their drugs, surgeries, and barbaric medical practices. There is mind blowing history to pasteurization that is rife with the same corruption, fraud, bad actors, and dogshit science for the benefit of corporations and business interests, similar to the vaccine industry, so I'll be doing a long post on that very soon. As per World Bank, we need 2.15 dollars per day to stay above poverty line. In that 2 dollars, less than a dollar goes on diet. But on an average, middle class people spend 3-5 dollars on their diet every day. If we compare with average richer classes, per day expenditure is 40-50 dollars a day. Does not include fancy restaurants or Butler services. Or wine, whiskey etc. Just food. 8 to 10 times expenditure gap with the middle class and 50 times gap with a person just at poverty level of 2 dollars. What does that difference get you? Best quality food! Steaks aren’t cheap, allergy based diets and substitutes to the products which you cannot digest. Like almond milk in place of skim/fat milk. At 3 dollars per day, it is obvious that the body is recharged with wheat, rice, pulses, milk, millets, potatoes and every agency will tell you that it is healthy and best. They cannot tell a 3 dollar guy that he gotta spend 20-25 dollars per day. As you go up, you can pick things you want to eat. Best quality of those things eventually. You can choose to be a picky eater and not worry about 30 rupees delivery fee Zomato is charging. This is why actors, athletes etc revamp their diets when they rise socioeconomic ladders. They won’t be eating 1 kg rajma after that like they did in hostel days. You have to be conscious about it. When you rise your socioeconomic strata, your diet must reflect that. Otherwise, there was no point. You could just stay at 3-5 dollars a day level and live happily ever after.
