BREAKING: U.S. District Court Judge Allison Burroughs in Boston issued a temporary restraining order, blocking DHS Secretary Kristi Noem from revoking Harvard University's ability to enroll foreign students. Judge Burroughs, appointed by President Barack Obama, granted the order following Harvard's lawsuit against the Trump administration. Filed Friday morning, the lawsuit argues that the policy revocation violates the U.S. Constitution and federal laws, causing an "immediate and devastating effect" on the university and over 7,000 visa holders. "Without its international students, Harvard is not Harvard," the university wrote in the lawsuit. Harvard currently enrolls nearly 6,800 international students, representing 27% of its total student body.
