If RFK loses this case he will most likely be taken off every ballot throughout the U.S. The case is questioning whether RFK can claim he’s a New York resident like he did in order to get ballot access in New York. UPDATE: Today at 10 AM ET is the sentencing of Proud Boys leader Enrique Tarrio. Tarrio was convicted for seditious conspiracy for his role in the Jan. 6, 2021 attack on the U.S. Capitol. Prosecutors want Tarrio sentenced to 33 years in prison for his role in the events. Clearly if one is indicted for seditious conspiracy, it's pretty darn serious. With that said, do you think 33 years in prison is too much punishment for the crime? I predict a sentence somewhere around 12-18 years. Thoughts? (Below is a clip of Tarrio reacting after he turned himself in for damaging property of a church)

Tristan Tate says that if a man is arrested on a domestic assault charge, they should be banned from real women and only allowed sex robots. 🚨This absolutely disgusts me! An NYPD sergeant who threw a cooler to stop a fleeing drug dealer from plowing into two fellow officers has been sentenced to 3–9 years in prison. The judge ruled he should’ve just let the suspect speed away — saying “he could’ve been captured another day.” Hero cop punished. Criminal protected. This is what soft-on-crime justice looks like in New York. Then of course you have the Dindu Nuttin’ worshippers who celebrate a good cop being imprisoned for doing his job and taking out a thug.

I was hit with the news yesterday that my first Navy mentor, Rob Roy, passed away. Rob served 26 years in the Navy, including 20 years in the SEAL Teams. He served with DEVGRU on the East Coast and with Teams on the West Coast. When I was going through the screening process for BUD/S, Rob was in charge of the program. After I passed and received orders, he took me under his wing and spent countless weekends helping me prepare for training. After I left the Navy in 2016, Rob gave me a side gig training civilians who had earned SEAL contracts and were preparing for BUD/S. Yesterday morning, Rob was experiencing chest pains, so he drove himself to Naval Medical Center San Diego, and passed away from a heart attack at the gate. Rob had a tremendous impact on my life and on the lives of many others he mentored over the years. Till we meet again, brother. #LLTB

Suspect Emmanuel Opoku has reportedly been arraigned before the Jacobu District Court on a charge of threat of death, in connection with a viral video in which he is alleged to have issued violent threats against police and military personnel.
