Just imagine one van per aircraft if there are B1 or B2 bombers that are there the B2 bomber cost over $1.6 billion for one of those aircraft and if one of those vans hit one of them well that’s $1.6 billion down the toilet for the US taxpayers that they would have to pay to replace. And today’s dollars it would be $2.1 billion to replace a B2 bomber if one of those vans would take one of those aircraft out of commission and since they have three of those vans that would be three aircraft they would destroy. and if they would destroy with those vans one or two B1 bombers to replace at today’s dollars that would be $1.5 billion per aircraft at today’s dollars compared to what they costed back in the day when they were first built they were $300 million when they were first built because those terrorist were not going out for a little joyride they were going out to create damage and chaos because they figured if they removed two or three assets from the chessboard that would greatly affect the Americans ability to project power. Because at the end, it was a waste of time and a waste of human lives and for what to stop communism well look at the results the whole country of Vietnam not just the north is now a whole communist country.
