Your absolutely correct this isn’t the shooter. This is a giant set up to pull off a giant hoax for a multi billionaire so he can fake his own death. Like I said the VERY FIRST day this happened this was a show of sorts a skit. No one is dead the CEO is live and well. This is the sloppiest FAKE your own death scenario I’ve ever seen. Ask yourself the following questions. He was about to testify against some very powerful people who would find themselves behind bars for a long time 1. Why didn’t he have even 1 security detail? 2. 7 am many people are up and out getting to work , why isn’t there anybody else on the street in this video. 3. New York has cameras everywhere, especially in Manhattan so , why is the only footage of the ceo walking showing his back but none of him facing walking towards a camera. This includes all the footage of this guys every movement on that block. 4. Who are the the witnesses and bystanders who found the the body and the where are the videos on the street and building of these people. Why has none of them talked to a reporter of what they seen? This guy knew there was a target on his head bcz a lot of corruption happened in the last 4 yrs under his watch and the white hats as usual have a few targets in mind and this guy is the canary who was about to sing like crazy. Once he gave his testimony behind closed door and they got what they needed this CEO needed to disappear permanently and what better way than to fake your own death. Now that the feds have the names and documents to Perdue prosecutors of those involved in the case at hand the case can continue even after his death

Pretty sure you wouldn’t be wearing the same clothes you committed murder in. You’d change your appearance by changing your coat ,bag sneakers. Also the security photo from the Starbucks and the hostel he was staying are two different days.

For everyone confused about the pictures of the shooter showing a different backpack and hoodie, it’s important to note that the pictures where the ottoman is on the right side of the pic were taken on different days at the upper west side hostel. The pic with the light backpack and darker hoodie was taken at Starbucks on the morning of the murder.
