Judge C seemed to know where this was going a couple of weeks ago. I've been telling myself her knowledge came a result of impounded material rather than ex parte information. Regardless, the judge had damn well better call Henry out for what he tried to pull. It's easily the most disgraceful display of unethical conduct I've seen yet in this case. It was so deliberate.

I had to go back and find the scenario Alan Jackson referenced between Liza Little😇 and Bev👿 during his interview with Aidan Kearney. It was even worse than Liza simply not being used to the MA tradition of standing up. On 9/15/23 Liza made an argument about the 5 categories of evidence they still had not received. When mumbling, bumbling Adam Lally started arguing the CW’s response, Liza asked that he stand at the podium so she could hear. The next time Liza spoke to ask a question, Bev snarkily got even for Lally.

Kearney is currently facing multiple felony witness intimidation charges for the harassment of the witnesses in accused murderer Read's case. One of those communications between David Yannetti and Kearney was regarding the May 3, 2023 hearing where the defense debuted their conspiracy theory for the first time in oral arguments. Yanetti had told Kearney the defense would not be acknowledging Kearney at this hearing because they wanted to give the appearance the group was not in direct contact. What is important about this hearing and Yanetti's distancing text is that the defense had leaked the existence of the federal investigation Read and Yanetti had opened in November of 2022 to Kearney for him to publish in his blog which he did on April 20, 2023 in Part 4 of his Canton Cover-Up series. Jackson then used Kearney's publication of the leaked information to state in open court at the May 3rd hearing that the federal investigation had been reported in the "media". They, of course, left off they had orchestrated the leak. It appears based on the above Yanetti and Jackson are far more involved with Kearney's coverage of the case than previously could be substantiated. This woman rented a car and was told to drop it off at this parking lot. The owner of the business where she is sitting in front of comes out and asks what she is doing. When she tells him she is dropping a rental car off he tells her this is where his business is and this isn’t a place to be dropping off cars. She asks him if he wants her to leave and he says yes. Then he goes back outside and takes pics of the license plate and of her and says the cops are on the way. She didn’t know any better and up until this point I would say she did nothing wrong. 💯 However, she then goes on to tell him that white people are going to be replaced, that white people will soon be working for black people, that his ancestors will be working for black people. 🤯 How and why would that exchange take a turn into those racial remarks? They disagreed but why was the last part even needed? Doesn’t that blow your mind? Can someone explain this?
