Has Caitlin Clark Crossed The Line? Dan Dakich

I really like you Sage. I am a Hoosier. I'm a basketball fan. I am a Caitlin Clark fan. CC has done nothing but eat crap for her first three years in the WNBA. She has stood strong against the Woke Left and now she's finally getting away from their vitriol, only to land among the Woke Right yelling she's not supporting our causes either. She's not gone far enough! There was a reason Coach Knight threw the chair across Assembly Hall and CC needs to let this ridiculous league know about it. No athlete has been under the type of scrutiny, one-sided calls, and expectations to be political. She plays basketball. She's not a scientist, senator, nor puppet. The line that's being crossed is her right to speech, expression, and the pursuit of happiness.

CC doesnt act any different than any other player they ALL yell at the refs they ALL get mad CC gets Techs for clapping since the MULTIPLE players do the SAME thing NO TECH players even do worse. Can you imagine CC elbowing someone knocking them down and taunting them while they are on the ground? but Angel Reese gets away with it NO CALL there is OBVIOUS disparage treatment of Caitlin Clark in any game you pick!

Caitlin is literally cheated by referees more than any player I've ever seen. Her complaints might be unsightly, but she's usually right in her argument and is crying out for justice in officiating. The commissioner of the league has laughed off complaints about refs. How else will officiating going to improve in the league if name players don't call attention to it?

@dandakich As a spectator I have yet to see a call she screamed at the refs be wrong on her part. After 10-12 calls per game that are absurd & cause her injury, I’d be screaming also. It’s like 3-6th grade basketball refs. All of them are god awful.

@dandakich I was a huge Caitlin Clark fan. Respect her talent, but lost respect for her due to how she carries herself on the court. She has every right to be frustrated, but she is a horrible example of sportsmanship to all of the little girls who are now playing the game because of her.
