US President Donald Trump shared a video of strikes on Kharg Island, Iran’s main oil export hub, while saying he spared the oil infrastructure “for reasons of decency.” Analysts warn any attack on the island could cripple Iran’s oil revenue and disrupt global energy markets.

🚨🇺🇸 THE BATTLE FOR KHARG ISLAND Larry Johnson, former CIA analyst, analyzes potential U.S ground operations aimed at seizing Iran’s oil infrastructure. Taking control of Kharg Island would be a move to cut off Iranian oil shipments, per Larry. However, he argues that holding such a port would require an impossible 100,000 troops. Larry claims these mission plans are being advertised so openly that operational security is gone.

🚨🇺🇸🇮🇷 After Trump hit military targets on Iran’s Kharg Island, the place where 90% of its oil exports leave the country, he also threatened the oil terminals themselves if Iran keeps messing with the Strait of Hormuz. Iran’s response? If those oil facilities get hit, U.S-linked oil infrastructure in the region becomes “a pile of ashes.” The world’s most important oil export hub is now a giant geopolitical game of chicken.
