@AyoCaesar This is simple. Israel is being attacked by terrorists who seek to eradicate it. They are at war & war is horrible where innocents suffer. It could have been stopped at any point by those terrorists releasing the hostages & surrendering. They chose not to. The war continues.

@AyoCaesar Most of those killed were terrorists. Hamas knew that perpetrating such a terrible massacre on 7 October would provoke a furious Israeli response that would lead to many deaths. Hamas wanted this. Everything that has happened subsequently is on them.

@AyoCaesar This is simple. Hamas entered Israel, murdered 1200 & took 250 hostages. Hamas launched missiles into Israel on a daily basis. Hamas stated that it would return to finish the job. Hamas hid among Gaza civilians. For Israel it became a kill or be killed war. It’s about Hamas.

This isn't just a miscarriage of justice but also Jim Crow justice. The all white jury punished a 17 year old Black boy for killing a White bully in self-defence. No I don't think Metcalf should've been killed but it is clear Karmelo Anthony reacted to the imminent threat Metcalfe posed from his physical confrontation and did not plan a premeditated killing. It was self-defence or at the least a lesser charge. Not murder. Why 35 years when white people under the same circumstances or worse get far less sentencing? Rittenhouse claimed self-defence for murder and is free. Rick Chow free for murdering 14 year old Cyrus Carmack-Belton by claiming self-defence. It is ALWAYS a different standard for Black kids.

Today on BBC News (UK) commenting on the CIJ_ICJ ruling. Israel is now officially on trial for #genocide. That means all third parties that have offered material support for this genocide, including the UK and US, are on trial for complicity. Israel is not defending itself. It is defending its 76-year-old ethnic cleaning, colonial occupation and its suppression and denial of Palestinian rights. It is we, the Palestinian people under occupation, that have the right to self-defence.
