If you are the super hard working and motivated guy in a non union area, you will make less than the average person in a union. That is, unless you run your own business. In that case you would still make more in union areas, unless you are trying to exploit labor.

Hard work won't get you promoted at work. Obedience and a willingness to screw other people over will.

As a person who had two jobs with unions I can tell they are a blessing

Electrical union workers in my area make $65 an hour, have full benefits, and can retire at 58. Non-union workers average pay is $36 an hour, shit benefits, retire in their mid 60’s. Its not even close.

I’m in a rather large union. I didn’t know what a lazy worker was until getting in. They protect the laziest causing all others to eventually break to some degree. In 7 years I’ve heard “the company can do that” way more then that’s BS we’ll file a grievance.

Hasan has never had a job and it shows.

I just completely disagree. The difficulty in running a company is so much more harder than just working at one. The CEO is most likely working 60 hours and worried at night while in bed.

The ceo 100% knows how to build a table. That’s why he hired low knowledge workers to make it for him.

So Hasan fancies himself an expert on unions despite never ever being in one himself. Just like how he was a missle expert after Hamas bombed thier own hospital…this guy is a fucking clown.
