My conversation with Rob Hadick >|<. As General Partner at Dragonfly, Rob has one of the clearest views on how blockchain is evolving from speculative crypto into the actual infrastructure of global capital markets. In this episode we dig into why finance, payments, asset issuance, and markets are the only parts of crypto that are truly scaling and how the industry is quietly becoming TradFi’s onchain upgrade. We spend a lot of time mapping traditional capital markets primitives directly onto blockchain rails and examining where value is actually going to accrue as tokenization, stablecoins, and onchain trading mature. At the center of the conversation is the belief that blockchain is no longer building a parallel financial system it is becoming the settlement, issuance, and trading layer for the existing one, while crypto itself settles into a more mature “capital markets +” phase focused on real assets, institutional flows, and sustainable business models. We discuss: - The current state of crypto as capital markets infrastructure and the decline of pure speculative narratives - Why finance, payments, and tokenization are winning while most other crypto applications struggle - The architectural parallel between traditional capital markets and on-chain systems - Tokenized assets = Securities - Stablecoins = Cash / settlement - DEXs & on-chain venues = Exchanges - Prediction markets = Information markets - Why institutions are moving on-chain and what they actually want (control, privacy, segregated markets) - Token vs equity: where value accrues in a non-Clarity Act world - The mass extinction event in crypto VC and why Dragonfly is doubling down on financial infrastructure - Stablecoins, RWAs, and the real path to “tokenization of everything” - Prediction markets (and why Polymarket matters) as the next interface layer - Sustainable business models and where value will ultimately capture Timestamps: 0:00 – Introduction & State of Crypto as Capital Markets 2:00 – Why Speculative Narratives Are Fading 7:00 – Finance, Payments & Tokenization as the Only Scaling Verticals 12:00 – Institutional Adoption & What Wall Street Actually Wants 18:00 – Token vs Equity Value Accrual 25:00 – Blockchain as the New Settlement & Issuance Layer 35:00 – Prediction Markets, Information & the Next Interface 45:00 – Crypto VC Consolidation & Dragonfly’s Thesis 55:00 – Real-World Assets, Stablecoins & On-Chain Markets 1:05:00 – Closing Thoughts: Where Value Accrues Next Enjoy!

NEW: I have "color-enhanced" all of the new footage from the exterior Canton Police Department Sallyport video between 5:36:06PM - 5:43:55PM on 1/29/22 (the day of John O'Keefe's death). Multiple pieces of footage are missing at crucial moments (as are multiple pieces of footage from the interior Sallyport camera at the same time). Timeline: 5:35:06PM - Exterior footage begins. 5:35:12PM - 5:35:22PM - Footage missing from exterior Sallyport camera. 5:35:44PM - 5:36:03PM - Footage missing from exterior Sallyport camera. 5:36:03PM - 5:35:16PM - Karen Read's Lexus headlights shine against the outside of the Sallyport wall for the first time. 5:36:16PM - 5:36:26PM - Footage missing from exterior Sallyport camera. 5:36:26PM - 5:36:43PM - Karen's Lexus is pulled into Canton PD Sallyport. 5:36:43PM - 5:37:40PM - Man exits Karen's Lexus from driver door, second man (Michael Proctor) approaches man. Man takes picture of the front license plate on Karen's Lexus. Proctor walks to back right of Karen's car (near Karen's rear passenger taillight). Man opens and closes Karen's door. Man walks away from Karen's taillight. 5:37:40PM -5:39:37PM - Footage missing from interior Sallyport camera. 5:37:40PM - 5:38:02PM (missing from interior Sallyport camera) - Man walks back towards Karen's Lexus, takes picture of back license plate, talks to Proctor (standing near Karen's rear passenger taillight), and walks away. 5:38:07PM - 5:38:11PM (missing from interior Sallyport camera) - Michael Proctor walks away from Karen Read's taillight and out of the Sallyport. 5:38:34PM - 5:38:41PM (missing from interior Sallyport camera) - Unknown Man 1 walks around near Karen Read's rear passenger taillight (the man appears on camera walking from inside the Canton PD sallyport area near Karen's taillight), and then walks back off camera (while remaining inside the Sallyport and standing directly next to Karen's rear passenger taillight). 5:38:47PM - Canton PD Chief Ken Berkowitz enters Sallyport (per Card Access Logs, source - 5:38:59PM - 5:39:03PM (missing from interior Sallyport camera) - Unknown Man 2 enters Canton PD from Sallyport (on exterior Sallyport camera), approaches Unknown Man 1, turns his heads towards the internal Canton PD Sallyport camera (footage from the internal camera is missing from this moment), and gestures while speaking to Unknown Man 1. 5:39:03PM - 5:39:37PM - Footage missing from exterior (and interior) Sallyport camera. This is the only 30 seconds of footage that is missing from both cameras, and this footage occurs as the very moment the two unknown men were standing near Karen Read's rear passenger taillight). 5:37:40PM -5:39:37PM - Footage missing from interior Sallyport camera. 5:39:37PM - Footage resumes of internal and external Sallyport cameras with five people inside the Sallyport sweeping the floor of snow and talking. 5:45PM ET - The first pieces of Karen Read's taillight are found --by Brian Tully, John Fanning, Yuri Bukhenik and Michael Proctor's State Police team-- at 34 Fairview Road, just 1.4 miles away from the Canton Police Department Sallyport). Over the next three days, even more pieces of Karen Read's broken taillight are "found under melting snow" near the scene at Fairview Road by none other than Chief Berkowitz himself. Previously, on Sunday, I reported: I was able to confirm --live on stream-- that there are 118 seconds of footage missing from the internal Canton PD Sallyport footage at the very moment (5:37-5:39PM ET on 1/29/22) that Michael Proctor and a Mystery man were near Karen Read's rear passenger taillight. The missing from the internal Sallyport camera covers roughly 5:37:40PM -5:39:37PM (1 minute and 58 seconds of footage missing). 30 seconds of footage is also missing from the external Canton PD driveway camera aimed at the Sallyport (this overlaps with 30 seconds of footage missing from the internal Sallyport camera). The missing footage from the external Sallyport camera covers roughly 5:39:03PM - 5:39:37PM (34 seconds missing). Just minutes later, around 5:45PM ET, according to state police reports, the first pieces of Karen's taillight were found on the lawn of 34 Fairview Road by Brian Tully's state police unit (where John O'Keefe's body was found earlier that morning). Of note: at least one person who was at Fairview Road around the time of John's death, an undercover ATF agent named Brian Higgins, was also at the Canton Police Department during the afternoon of 1/29/22 talking to then-chief Ken Berkowitz (Higgins close friend). Berkowitz, for his part, swiped his access card to enter the Canton PD Sallyport at exactly 5:38:47PM ET (in the middle of the missing 118 seconds of footage from the internal Sallyport camera and, shockingly, just 14 seconds before the 30 second gam in the external driveway camera cuts out at 5:39:03PM. My questions: Who --working for the DA-- edited these videos to video crucial details of that 118 seconds while Michael Proctor and at least one Mystery Man were in the direct vicinity of Karen Read's rear passenger Lexus taillight? Did someone --with the help of Brian Tully's State Police unit and the Norfolk DA-- use that window of time to take pieces of Karen's taillight and plant them at Fairview Road in the minutes after 5:39PM on 1/29/22? Why was Ken Berkowitz the person who found even more pieces of Karen's taillight "as the snow melted" in the days after 1/29/22? Why did a Trooper who worked for Brian Tully as Tully's First Officer (a man named John Fanning) previously run a data-related company with Norfolk DA video-editor Coleen Crawford? What did Kelly Devers actually see on the Canton PD cameras that day/evening of 1/29/22? And, perhaps most importantly, who killed John O'Keefe, why did they do so, and how did they have enough pull to call in this kind of coverup? John's family, and every other person tormented by this state police unit (enabled by the Norfolk DA, Michael Morrisey), deserve answers. Be they Karen Read, Sandra Birchmore's family, Tiffany Overstreet, Aidan TurtleBoy Kearney or otherwise, justice is coming. Truth may not a panacea, but it is an asymptote. May we, forever, strive to reach that untouchable x-axis with all of our collective might and prayers. That's what I'll be praying for on this Sunday, and may God bless you all. I meant what I said, as well: Adam Deitch for District Attorney can meet the moment and fix this chaos (in a way that does not destroy the Republic). I believe that with my whole heart. Do consider a vote for Mr. Deitch in the September, 2026, Norfolk District Attorney Primary (if you live in the county). Voters may participate in the primary if they are un-enrolled, or Democrats, 10 days before the primary vote takes place.

BREAKING NEWS🚨🚨🚨: An unknown force within the Norfolk County District Attorney's Office has edited a video in the public records production released just moments ago related to the John O'Keefe and Karen Read case. The edit was done to obfuscate footage of the Mystery Man, who carries something away from the taillight area of Karen's Lexus in the footage, and the proof is plain as day! The newly-released Sallyport video contains upwards of 12 jump cuts at the precise moment when the Mystery Man appears behind Karen's Lexus in the aforementioned Canton Police Department Sallyport. The new video also contains the exact same yellow-blur box that was visible in the original video provided to Karen's legal team during discovery in the John O'Keefe trials. As such, that means this video has been edited twice (the first time when it was provided to Karen's team and the second time when this public records request was filled late Friday afternoon), and, further, that both series of edits were specifically designed to obfuscate the identity of the Mystery Man in question. The Mystery Man is seen standing near former State Trooper Michael Proctor --who is currently in the news due to his disgusting and bigoted text messages with former Canton Police Officer Sean Goode being made public-- in the area of Karen's taillight at 5:38PM ET (this taillight would show up, just minutes later circa 5:45PM ET, broken and scattered on the lawn of a home in Canton, Massachusetts, where John O'Keefe's body was discovered earlier that morning). Of note, in some of the newly released Proctorgate messages, Proctor discusses "planting cocaine" on suspects. Read more background on the Proctor/Goode files here - Karen Read, for her part, was acquitted on criminal charges related to John's death after two trials and, now, Karen has filed a civil lawsuit against the State Police and the Town Of Canton related to, what Karen alleges, was a bad-faith investigation of John's death that intentionally focused on Karen to the exclusion of all other suspects. In turn, the Mystery Man, and his identity, may end up playing a key role in that ongoing civil case. To this day, John O'Keefe's death remains unsolved. For context: Previously, on February 17, 2026, I reported; I believe I have found conclusive proof that the Canton Police Department Sallyport video from 5:38pm ET on 1/29/2022 involving Karen Read's Lexus was edited and, furthermore, an unknown man carried something away from the area of Karen's car near her right rear taillight. Read that report here - I then reported, that same day, the following: Here is the cleaned up footage from the Canton PD Sallyport at 5:38pm ET on 1/29/2022. It is clear that this video was manipulated with a yellow blur box to obfuscate the identity and movements of a mystery man standing with Michael Proctor near Karen Read's right rear taillight. If Brian Higgins was physically at Canton PD at 9:26 AM on January 29, why wasn’t he interviewed by State Police then and why did they wait days? Brian Higgins arrives at Canton Police Department at 9:26 AM Yuri Bukhenik testifies he arrives around 9:15 AM Michael Proctor is already there Higgins is a law-enforcement officer a known attendee at the house someone who had recent contact with John O’Keefe someone who later admits to phone deletion and replacement That makes him a priority interview, not a casual witness. Higgins was another badge from another agency, already inside the building, overlapping socially with other key figures. Delaying his interview insulated him from spontaneous questioning, recorded inconsistencies, and early device preservation. This isn’t about what Higgins eventually said. It’s about what wasn’t captured, what changed before it was captured, what evidence window closed Once days pass, phones get replaced, messages disappear, stories converge That bell cannot be unrung. Yuri Bukhenik testified that He arrived at Canton Police Department around 9:15 AM Michael Proctor was already there, They were at CPD before going to Jen McCabe’s house At 9:00–9:20 Michael Lank is back at Brian Albert’s house because Jen McCabe “forgot to tell him something” and called him back 9:40 Brian Albert calls Kevin Albert 9:50 Brian Albert Missed incoming call from Chief Berkowitz 9:54 Brian Albert calls Chief Berkowitz (4m 40s) So while Lank has just been at Brian Albert’s house Higgins has just arrived at CPD Yuri and Proctor claim to be staging the next steps …the Chief of Police is directly communicating with Brian Albert, a homeowner and witness.

THE MISSING CANTON LIBRARY FOOTAGE 🗣🚨 On February 7th, 2022, Louis Jutras from Canton’s IT Division emailed Trooper Dunne (Norfolk County MSP) surveillance footage from the Canton Public Library, per MSP’s request. Because of the town’s camera system setup, the footage was shared via a download link rather than direct files. Dunne then forwarded that same link to lead investigator Trooper Michael Proctor. A follow up email, obtained by @Marbury_v_Mad through a FOIA request, shows that Proctor sought help from Norfolk County Forensic Video Technician Colleen Crawford. But why would Proctor need assistance if the footage could have been easily downloaded and preserved in its raw form, with original metadata? Data that was never provided to Karen Read’s defense team. Then there’s Brian Tully, the officer chosen to testify about this footage. A curious choice since Dunne received the original link and Proctor led the investigation, both would’ve been far more relevant witnesses. As Proctor’s supervisor, Tully would likely have known about the missing footage from the Canton Library. Did he also communicate with Crawford? The original file sent by Jutras was a full one-hour segment (12:00 a.m.–1:00 a.m.), yet the version later used in evidence has missing roughly two minutes from 12:37 a.m. to 12:39 a.m. And now, this newly uncovered correspondence shows Proctor personally thanked Crawford for her help with this very footage.
