If you want justice, you've got to empower the President of the United States to actually appoint the officers of justice all over the country. The Democrats are stalling that, and we're going to wake up in a couple of years, if we don't have more U.S. attorneys approved, if we don't have more judges approved, we're going to wake up in a couple of years and realize that we've done a lot of great work at the Trump administration, but justice is not being meted out as it should be because we don't have the people on the ground. That is a big problem, and I know that's somewhat unrelated to Arctic Frost, but it actually is related to Arctic Frost, because you cannot get the justice for the people who are targeted by the Biden administration unless we've got good people, especially in these U.S. attorneys offices, and that's something we've got to pay attention to over the next year. Many have asked me to stop tagging them and to remove tweets about the Arizona Supreme Court and State Bar of Arizona's participation in a misinformation board created in 2019 at the urging of the Central Intelligence Agency and Department of Justice. By participating in a misinformation board absent an actual case or controversy, the judicial system in the State of Arizona, whether by written law, rule, or implication, has done an injustice to our profession, politicized itself, and harmed those we portend to represent. The proper role for a court is to resolve cases and controversies and not shape our speech to meet the needs of an out-of-control federal bureaucracy hell bent on eliminating the man trying to reign it in. If we as attorneys are afraid to speak about such matters of import to our profession and our clients, we are not attorney so much as cogs in an autocratic machine. Those of you saying we must eliminate Trump to save our system of government are destroying that very system of government. We should always remember that we are just layers on an onion with varying beliefs about the openness of free speech. No one is defending the Chinese citizens who are alleged to have killed a Zimbabwean citizen. The only place where they can be defended is in a court of law, not anywhere else. They are not guilty until proven guilty. The most important point I want to emphasize is that this case does not define the entire Chinese community in Zimbabwe. We have Zimbabweans living in other countries who break the law daily, yet their actions do not define all of us. We cannot be judged based on the behavior of a few individuals. The same principle applies to the Chinese community in our country, they should not be judged because of the actions of one or two people.
