yep. linear induction motors on WEDWay Peoplemovers. 1977 when I worked there.

Nice.

feel this will somehow lead to frictonless bearings but nobody been able to figure it out yet. If you do, Elon and every auto manufacturer will be begging for it.

This 👆 🎈

@Thevictoria76 Yes, in Cern, Switzerland.

OK, a fun motor. If you think it is something magical, no. Those coils have a battery. You can see it in the LEDs that are lit before the ball moves.

@PaulaRed62 The same principle is applied in linear accelerators used in physics, e.g., the Large Hadron Collider.

@FFT1776 Magnets bitch!

It is sold on Amazon.

Capture the energy from each coil using a Bedini SG monopole circuit. Very simple and easy to build

Двигатель, вечный. Заглушишь - не заведешь.

I would not be in the same room without eye protection, I don’t trust magnetic fields enough to let that needle fly to my eyes.

@MAC_ARMY1 I need to build me one of these

@MAC_ARMY1 Indeed 👍.

Arbuckle is calling a weak-bad game. You just needed 2 yards. 2 yards. And you didn't have Robinson in? The guy who averages the most yards per carry? I'm starting to feel like the OU coaching staff are bipolar or something.

Now just speed them up a bit more.. then have a button that opens the gate and fires it through another faster group of accelerators and boom accelerator weapon..

CERN has a bigger one

An endless motion created.

Arc Reactor....

FREE ENERGY.

@1109Patricia Every time I eat chili.

@Conservalb 🤦♂️

Very cool. Now I want to build one

Are those coils purchasable? Looks Like a fun Project

The hubs could explain it. I’m just sitting here staring at it lol. He’s explained it to me before. Free energy. We’ll free after the party’s are paid for and minus maintenance.

Many related videos online simply explain the theory behind the Large Hadron Collider or particle accelerator.

Perpetual Pinball Machine

Electro magnetic power ?

@gaye_gallops ...so how can we incorporate this to make cars move, thus making gasoline obsolete? Been saying it for years. Magnets could replace tires, create propulsion, and prevent accidents.

So it looks cool. What's it actually do other than waste energy?

@1109Patricia No propulsion system

The iron ball should be painted in phosphor paint and ran under UV, it might be interesting effect

@FFT1776 Nope. What is it?

Trivial. Like the one with a battery zooming inside a coil of wire

@Conservalb Very cool.

I don't see how it would lead to anything frictionless or perpetual motion, and those coils are definitely powered. But that's a really cool gizmo. I'm pretty sure the coils along the track are sensing when a ball is approaching and pulsing on momentarily to pull it.
