Russian AN-2 very slow but could carry a major load.

In my hometown, over 11,000 of these aircraft were produced. They were literally everywhere. You could take a ride in one at almost every airshow. And if you had an uncle who was a pilot, you could easily spend an entire day in one.

CCCP An-2, Chinese model Y-5. The first aircraft I have ever been in. Loud as a tractor, also slow as a tractor.😅

I flew in it. Several times.

Antonov AN-2 Flying RV 😉

I’ve seen a couple sneak over the fence from N Korea into S Korea. AN2 Colt. Largely wood and fabric making them the cheapest “stealth plane”.

AN-2, NATO code name "Colt". Used for many years in the Soviet Block. As a Marine on Embassy Duty, in Bulgaria, in the early 70's, I was chased by one. But that's a story for another day.
