Good idea to pray for protection before going to sleep

The lower astral realm truly sucks. This lawless, miasmic void responds to the energy & thoughts you already have. Certainly the miasma can assist in making our subconscious conscious but if the hounds that reside there figure out we are getting helpful Intel, they'll make chase, change shapes, attack, and fill us with fear. The "hounds of the barrier" want to keep the lower astral a complete junkyard maze. They don't like order or us trying to make sense of anything to help us in your life. Keeping our energies as high as possible definitely helps because the higher astral - though still a miasmic maze- its usually not where the hounds hang out. The very best dream/vision option is if you can travel to one of the higher light realms, but more direct intention is required. A spirit guide necessary.

we are multidimensional.

I've never been able to properly lucid dream but weird stuff always happens when you break the veil of awareness of dreaming. I dreamt I had the ability to levitate, and was just lounging on air, showing off my levitation ability to my dad, and he said "Nice too bad this is a dream," and I felt like I suddenly plummeted and landed awake in my bed.

I experienced sleep paralysis once.. I was just laying in bed with my eyes open. Could look all around the room and blink but could not move and part of my body. I didn’t see or hear anything strange at all. This lasted what felt like a good 45 mins ( no clock was within my view) and then instantaneously I moved my arm and could move everything as if nothing had happened. Strangest personal experience of my life…

I had several experiences from young and older where I want to wake up but couldn't and I will try to move my toes or fingers and telling them to move but wouldn't. Was scared I wouldn't wake up. I never gave up telling my toes or fingers to move or forcing them with all my might..it's hard..it's a struggle to finally wake up..not sure if this is lucid dreaming🤔

I drink every night to avoid lucid dreams 😂

Folks don’t f’ck around with this!
