Sue them . Find a good lawyer and sue uber company . After all they provided the guy. Because of gyae menka in Ghana here a lot of people are scamming innocent people in this country. You can also report your case to nananom. Buy schnapps , local eggs and curse the guy simple .

Same with Yango. I heated them and they sent me a refund. The rider stole my package and told me bluntly he sold them to "chop"

First of all which of the uber services are you talking about ? The moto or the car ?? Cos im not sure someone driving uber car will behave that way

You girls should get a good and trusted riders for your deliveries. Because you guys prefer cheap prices you continue using these apps and losing your expensive items. Most of the rider do not register with their main documents.

there's limitation to their end. there's little this private companies can do with tracking their service delivery team. It takes police or security agencies even weeks to identify culprits. These private service providers can do little with tracking and identify evil doers

They are all like that. All the ride hailing companies be it @Uber @boltapp @YangoApp. They all have very bad customer support, let alone handle s theft case by they're employees. They should just leave the country. They don't value or respect customers one bit. Rubbish services
