Joe's Stone Crab in Miami is excellent! But better yet, is when you're in the Keys, and ya got a guy with a boat, that's an excellent free diver, that goes down and tickles those little beasties out from under some 🪸 coral, and you get to eat a mess of them fresh same day! YUM!
