at least @ me bro lol

finally, a way to be a manager without the 1-on-1s

Have you tried /delegating to a human coder, you despicable slopmongers? No magic required.

Copilot was hacked - so NO THANKS!

Years of UML based learning was blown away by the simplicity of Golang data structures 🤯 Check it out 📺👇 cc @Google @java #golang #Coding #design

so many things to try... and we're not even 3 weeks in

Vibe checks out, planning in the terminal, repo talk in view, live coder on screen

Will we have again decent dev tools without the AI hype? For example, a good design-time Xaml preview for WinUI / WinRT instead of all this AI non-sense?

sounds like copilot is taking over, kinda scary tbh

Top 3 cli-code

I stopped watching at the part where you said you were running it on Windows and the thing you chose to show is “upgrade” to a legacy runtime.

Who is not dev but still following ? 👇

oh it's really impressive

This is really neat for use cases where you are working on something, find a separate issue, and want to solve it in a separate PR. Looks great.

delegate feels like shell scripting on steroids

not yet but I will try soon

@_Evan_Boyle there were some concerns about the context size of Copilot vs CC/codex. are those still valid with CLI?

@github, delegating tasks can boost your Copilot CLI efficiency, as this guide explains.

Nice work

Reads simple, acts complex

@shanselman Curious, was going to try a few examples like this. Does github copilot know how to work when multiple repos are in play? We have 'site repos' that all use 'shared assemblies' that live in a sep repo.

Tell @davidfowl to make a "Hey friends..." showing how to grind through finances using Tally ;) and how he effectively drives it with AI lol. Above video is great example of simply launching delegates. Thanks.

I tried last month to mordenize laggcy mvc app to. Net10 but didn't went well.. However upgrading from. Net 8 to. Net10 went well.. More than 80% work done.. There was more than 100 projects in the repo 😊👀

Who are you?🤔

It exists? Wow, it's definitely something I would check out sometime 🤩

Going to try it out

The combination of VSCode and Copilot works, but with only the Copilot command-line tool, why not use OpenCode instead?

i'll try now

Sweet

How do I enable "high" reasoning level? I see you have that on your setup, but I can't find a way to do that
