A special surprise for the Sacramento County Chargers. A’s players Tommy White, Zack Gelof and Joshua Kuroda-Grauer stopped by Rosemont High School to spend time with nearly 65 Special Olympics athletes, playing catch, signing autographs and taking pictures. What an honor to be part of the Maccabi Games. Getting to speak to so many incredible athletes from around the world, share a little of my story, and hopefully leave them with some inspiration was really special. Seeing everyone come together to compete, celebrate, and support one another was pretty inspiring for me too. And getting to play some of my new music for everyone made the night even better. Every child deserves to be safe, supported, and given the opportunity to thrive. Gretchen’s story — and Ava’s — are a powerful reminder of why this work matters. When Gretchen came to me after her daughter, a child with special needs, was abused at school, I knew we had to act. I’m proud we worked to help families like hers get faster access to the services and support their children need. First things first i gotta say a special thank you to coach Fairchild, @believebaseball_ and Tyler Duffey for the coaching opportunity at @northlake_blazers and letting my new journey of coaching begin. Just like before it’s the road to the show again and I’m back in college. I accept the pitching coach job UT Dallas Baseball and looking forward to the journey ahead of helping more athletes get to achieve their dreams of getting to the big leagues. Let’s go!!!!
