Incentivize hiring and retaining employees for the long term, providing great benefits, and providing a career path with increasing wage growth and financial stability. Currently there is very little incentive to having a large FTE base.

@RealOmeedMalik Cheap labor only reduces the wages of Americans who have to compete with someone who will work for much, much less. With someone who will work for illegal wages. With someone who won't follow labor laws. With someone who won't demand worker safety. But the rich... get richer.
