Cowboy Carter Tour Review (Spoilers, sorta kinda ๐Ÿ˜ญ) Where do I even begin?! NoBODY right now is doing what Beyoncรฉ is doing, Iโ€™m sorry! Iโ€™ve been to many of the bigger-name shows yโ€™all would mention off rip and while they were good, they werenโ€™t GRAND. A lot of artists put on shows and simply perform. Beyoncรฉ runs a finely tuned machine thatโ€™s powered by her raw talent. Itโ€™s magical. Every little detail is intentional. From the lighting that hits your skin and reacts to a hi-hat, a lyric, or a moment, itโ€™s designed to make your senses feel seen. Your spiritual spotlight. Then thereโ€™s the visuals (and yes, the visuals are going to EAT). Sheโ€™s not just entertaining you, sheโ€™s teaching you, alarming you and most importantly, sharing with you. From the aesthetics and diverse representation of her dancers, singers, and bands, itโ€™s much deeper than you think. It felt like she took us through time: nods to MJ, James Brown, Tina, Prince, to modernized elements like Renaissance. Iโ€™ve never seen a stage that massive used so perfectly, in every detailed and intimate way. You feel like youโ€™re inside her jukebox. The interludes? Not too long at all and stunning. The moment you go to sit (if you even try), sheโ€™s back up. A 3-hour show that somehow feels like an hour and a half. We stood the entire time, didnโ€™t even leave for the bathroom, barely recorded anything. We were locked in, absorbing everything. She cares so deeply about her audience that even when she rides the car out to wave, it feels personal. Watching the smiles on the faces of all ages and backgrounds, just getting lost in gratitude as she waved over our heads? Whew. I was next to an older Southeast Asian couple in their 50s (they were HAVING a time last night, I tell you, cig in hand ๐Ÿšฌ, I was like okk). She had grown married men screaming, fanning, glowing in joy beside their wives. All love. No judgment. We were just living. WITH THE CLIPS floating online, it might seem like this show is for her babies, Rumi and especially Blue. And yes, it may be for her personally, but letโ€™s be clear: this is a Beyoncรฉ show, PERIOD. She masterfully includes Blue in a way that feels complimentary and loving, not centered. If that makes sense. By the end, you forget Blue was even on stage that long because it feels like just 15 minutes. But Blue, wow! The talent that's emerging.. whew! ๐Ÿ˜ฉ๐Ÿ˜คBoth parentsโ€™ otherworldly talent and her own special gifts. Speechless. ๐ŸŽ Beyoncรฉ is PERFORMING. Cut all that noise. She IS. And anyone who went to the show will tell you, age ainโ€™t nothing but a number. Beyoncรฉ is a beast at her craft and said, โ€œLet me show yโ€™all how this is done.โ€ Knee surgery or not, this superhuman is unstoppable. ๐Ÿ’กLike MJ, Prince, Tina, Whitney, her talent makes her one of the greatest musical superhumans of our time. You canโ€™t buy or replicate this kind of gift. Itโ€™s in you, in her. Highlight: Now letโ€™s talk VOCALS. BEYONCร‰โ€ฆ your VOICE? I have no words. Can we get a billion-dollar insurance policy on her throat?! ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜ฉ We need scientists to study this womanโ€™s voice! Iโ€™m not doing too much. When I sayโ€ฆ her voice? Iโ€™m almost afraid to even speak on it because I cherish it so much. But what I will say is, thank you, God, for giving her that gift. Not just to heal herself but to help heal the world. And yes, sheโ€™s doing that. As someone who lost my sense of self nearly two years ago when my entire world shattered, when my Mom transitioned, Cowboy Carter healed a part of me Iโ€™d been searching for. It reminded me who the f**k I am. Thank you, Beyoncรฉ. Ty. ๐Ÿซก Salud. This show MUST be seen in person. No livestream, no video is going to match this otherworldly experience. Maybe a concert film could come close because sheโ€™s a visionary genius but this is the kind of concert weโ€™ll hear about in future documentaries. Iโ€™m not exaggerating. I promise you. Go see that damn concert! Beyoncรฉ, you owe me nothing. Act III is about to devour. ๐Ÿ˜‰ Yโ€™all, Beyoncรฉ is the GOAT.

Zeudi: I was saying that Scarlett is wonderful. Yes, thatโ€™s what I was saying. Iโ€™m really happy to have met her. Anyway, aside from that, we were with the girls and had fun. It was the last night because the next day we woke up early to go to the airport. Itโ€™s always kind of tragic when we have to say goodbye, but then itโ€™s okay. I mean, weโ€™re sad, but itโ€™s also nice because we know weโ€™ll see each other again. And of course, everyone has to workโ€”her life in London, my life in Naplesโ€”so it makes sense. But the funny thingโ€”do you want to know what happened this morning? We went to the airport, all organized, everything done, perfect, as always. We get there, sheโ€™s about to go in, weโ€™ve already said goodbye, everythingโ€™s fine, sheโ€™s about to enter. The first ticket doesnโ€™t work. It doesnโ€™t scan. What do you mean it doesnโ€™t work? Okay, maybe itโ€™s nothing. I see her trying several times from a distance. Iโ€™m thinking, โ€œUntil sheโ€™s completely gone and I canโ€™t see her anymore, Iโ€™m not leaving.โ€ She tries the second gate, again, it doesnโ€™t work. She tries twice. Nothing. Third one, still nothing. It just wonโ€™t work. Iโ€™m like, โ€œWhat happened? Maybe the airline got confused and didnโ€™t give her the right QR code.โ€ QR, whatever you want to call it. In the end she goes to the assistant and asks, โ€œExcuse me, whatโ€™s wrong?โ€ โ€œMiss, you got the day wrong. This ticket is for the following Sunday.โ€ โ€œWhat do you mean?โ€ And that was the reality, nothing could be done at that point. She comes back and I say, โ€œWhat happened?โ€ I had already figured out she bought the ticket for the wrong day. It happens, those were really intense days, and honestly Iโ€™ve done it before too. When you have so much going on, it can happen. She probably picked the wrong Sunday because the dates were so close. So in the end I said, โ€œAlright, you know what? Here we go again.โ€ She was able to move that ticket to another return in the future and bought a new one. And in fact, she ended up leaving later. But guys, it happens, seriously, always double-check when you buy tickets. After I messed up the first time, I actually missed a flight, I get anxious now and always go early, thatโ€™s one. Second, another time I made a mistake, not with a flight but with a train ticket. Actually, not the dayโ€ฆ you know what I messed up? Not the date, but I mixed up the route. I bought, for example, Romeโ€“Naples, and then Naplesโ€“Rome, but in reverseโ€”like my departure was from Rome instead of Naples. And then again the return to Romeโ€ฆ I made such a mess. In the end, buying tickets online is always chaosโ€”honestly, Iโ€™m like this every time.

Shared by Rebecca Lynn Hutcheson RN- "Wake up America... just one more Medical Professional putting their life, career and reputation on the line... Published on Jul 1, 2019 Neonatologist Dr. Paul Byrne, president of the Life Guardian Foundation, addresses the 2019 John Paul II Academy for Human Life and Family conference in Rome. May 20, 2019. Hear his voice it can save the life of your loved one... this is a long video, so go to the last 11 minutes and start there ...It is imperative for you to hear all when you have the time... I know this one first hand, a year ago this month my daughter was in ICU on a ventilator unresponsive they said. But she was unresponsive and, why did they have her on a high dose of Fentanyl? They were setting my daughter up for failure and then so she could be an organ donor ..had I not had the medical background that I did and another critical care nurse that I could reach out to they would have been successful and harvesting her organs and my daughter would not be here today... My daughter is the love of my life and it breaks my heart to think about all the families that were convinced that there was nothing left to do and signed those organ harvesting papers. When they kept telling me that my daughter was unresponsive I had to fight with them to pull her off the fentanyl. I told them you cannot possibly determine neuro status with that strong opiate. They told me that it was to keep her comfortable . I said she doesn't need to be kept comfortable if she's comatose she doesn't know anything, take her off the drug. What I was screaming on the inside was not what I could verbalize, I had to be more patient and kind because you can get thrown out of these rooms, yes that is true, they can remove you from your childs side.. So not only am I trying to save my daughter I'm trying to keep my composure , when I know what they are doing is so wrong. Another example of them setting my daughter up for failure is normal platelet count is 150000 to 400,000 my daughter's was 60, 000 that means that she was under normal limits that means that her blood was not clotting and this is why all of her IV sites were bleeding.. The CCU doctors wanted to start her on heparin, Heparin makes the blood thin for somebody who's got thick blood . my daighter was already well below limits and I said absolutely not, she is already thrombocytopenic(low platelets a bleeding disorder) Those 4 doctors come up against me again telling me "this was protocol she'll throw a clot, she could have a stroke." I said "there's no way for her to clot she has no platelets " and then I pointed at the Carousel of drugs they had her on and I said" those will drop her platelet count even lower." I had to sign refusals , this Heparin they wanted to put her on with no clotting factors already could/ would have caused a brain bleed in my child. I know the side effects of these Dangerous Drugs, but how many people do not? how many people do not even know what normal lab values are? without having all of the information and knowing what you need to know how can you make the right decision? It sickens me to the core of my being to know this is happening... If you want to gain some inside knowledge before you're ever put into this position watch this video in in its entirety. It's an hour and 11 minutes long if you don't have time, go to the last 11 minutes. Normally I don't have time to take and spend an hour watching a video because of school and all my other duties in my home with my animals, but when I started watching this video it brought back a lot of what I had to go through , people need to know this information. You have a doctor here trying to do the right thing but even with his background couldn't make things happen in a hospital setting. There's something very criminal taking place in our medical system and we just have to be aware of it."

Houston Black business owner Kashelle Kelly shared her ratings and commentary on the ridiculous reviews about #MamaTinasGumbo at RODEOHOUSTON. She offers her experienced expertise on commercial food selling and preparation. She also addresses how itโ€™s often your own people coming online with hateful comments for clicks and views. SN: I found it ridiculous that Black people came online lyingโ€”especially you weird stan Barbs of Nicki Minaj, Tory Lanez, and Drake. A lot of yโ€™all have mental issues and hateful spirits. There were idiots not from Texas, the South, or familiar with Houston Rodeo culture/lifestyle spreading online lies. I also saw over-the-top New Orleans/Louisiana complaints about the gumbo, full of known lies. Everyone in New Orleans or Louisiana doesnโ€™t make roux the sameโ€”some like it dark, light brown, or brown; some even like it dark black. Some prefer thick, medium-thick, or thin roux. Iโ€™ve seen people in Louisiana and New Orleans put oysters, lobster, turkey necks, boiled eggs, or chicken feet in gumbo, so the audacity yโ€™all had regarding this gumbo was wild. Ms. Tina literally said it was a hybrid gumbo, and they (her two partners) were testing it at the Rodeo. May I add, the two guys are related to Daniel Smithโ€”Solangeโ€™s ex-husband and father to Julezโ€”which I stated last year before anyone else knew. Theyโ€™re from Louisiana/Texas too, so comparing it to โ€œLouisiana gumboโ€ when even folks there donโ€™t all do it the same is asinine. The complaints about having crab shells or shrimp shells in the gumbo are normalโ€”thatโ€™s how I knew yโ€™all were fabricating lies. It just shows a lot of the reviews were fabricated lies and exaggerations. But if it was a white establishment, yโ€™all wouldnโ€™t dare say it online the way yโ€™all attacked a Black person. I mean, yโ€™all are on Elonโ€™s app right now, and he posts racist stuff about Black people every day, yet I donโ€™t see one Black person besides me calling him out. McDonaldโ€™s ice cream machine is always out, but yโ€™all still goโ€ฆ right?? Yโ€™all still shop at Targetโ€ฆ right?? Bottom line: yโ€™all did way too much because youโ€™re evil and hateful. You couldโ€™ve critiqued better if the reviews were genuine. Whatever love yโ€™all didnโ€™t get inside yโ€™all home, Ms.Tina or her partner Adrian had nothing to do with that. Do better. #rodeohouston #GUMBOGATE #opionionatedtruthspodcast ๐Ÿ’Ž๐Ÿพ Akiresatmidnight The OG helios solange knowles Roc Nation Big Mama, your ARM! yvette nicole brown Julez XXL Magazine Red Media Complex FOX26Houston

After a decade of building Broadlume and a year since joining forces with Cyncly, today is my last day. It's emotional, but it's the start of the next chapter. Here's the message I sent my team: I knew this day would eventually come, but now that it's here, it's surreal. As I wrote (and rewrote) this email a hundred times, it was hard not to get emotional. There's no way for me to properly put my thoughts into wordsโ€ฆ but here we go. There are so many people to thank and so many amazing memories. I am truly grateful for every single person who played a part in this 10+ year journey. For 10 years, I never had the Sunday Scaries or dreaded a single Monday.. not one. I woke up wanting to find out what problems we'd solve together and what milestones we'd celebrate. That feeling is what people spend entire careers searching for. And I got to live it for a decade, thanks to you. Every Monday morning felt like a reunion with friends, not work. I got to wake up and do what I loved, with people I loved working with. But beyond that, the work we did changed an industry. We fought for the small business owner, and that's something I'm incredibly proud of. Our work impacted 4,500 mom and pop flooring retailers across the country. They will forever operate differently because of us, and they'll continue to be taken care of by this incredible team long after I'm gone. We proved that when you take care of your team and treat customers like family, everyone wins. That's the legacy we built together, and one worth being proud of. Now, what comes next for me? I'm going to spend time with my family. Believe it or not, when you give your personal cell phone number out to the entire flooring industry, hours and days can slip away pretty quickly. I want to be present with my wife and two young daughters. My oldest daughter, Amelia, is two and a half, and her world runs on questions. Her favorite: "But why, Daddy?" And I can't wait for the day she asks, "but why did you name me Amelia?" And I'll get to tell her about FloorCon and how our final show was in Amelia Island, FL, right around the time she was born. My youngest, Charlotte, is just three months old. She doesn't know anything about flooringโ€ฆ yet. But I'm excited to explain to her why hardwood is better than LVP, and why she always needs to shop local. And lastly, my wife Jill has been the most patient, supportive, and understanding partner during this journey. I'm excited to just focus on being a dad, husband, and bad golfer for a bit. Working with you was the greatest honor of my professional life. The actual daily experience of being in the trenches, and doing the work together, is what I will always remember. Thank you for trusting me when I didn't know what I was doing. Thank you for following me into uncertainty. And thank you for making Monday, the best day. With love.

I donโ€™t like having to get angry, yell, or raise my voice/blood pressure, but hereโ€™s another example of the daily BS that I have to put up with, and WHY I get as upset as I do. For the third time in two years, I am being sued, and my company is being sued over actions that I had no part of, and would never have done had I been in charge of my company. Today, as I was getting ready to go out of town to see a good friend, my dad knocked on my door and let me know that a process server had just come by the house and serve me paperwork. When I looked inside of the envelope, my first reaction and thought was that it was gonna be somebody locally that didnโ€™t like what I had to say online, as Iโ€™m sure that thatโ€™s coming eventually. To my surprise, and I assure you, it was a surprise, Iโ€™m being sued for Joe McBride brother, Eric. Allegedly, Eric McBride violated federal statutes when it comes to marketing/telemarketing. I show you those charges inside of this video. You may not like me over January 6, and you may not like my politics, but one thing for sure: I have never been sued, or criminally charged/referred over anything at Wholesale Universe. If I did something that wasnโ€™t in my customer/clientโ€™s best interest, I made it right over and over and over. My motto, and many of my former employees can tell you, was, โ€œwe are always going to do the right thing, even if it hurts.โ€ It pains me to see what has become of the baby that I built. As you can see, the company is not in the correct hands right now. When it was in mine and Bonnieโ€™s control only, we didnโ€™t have these issues. When it became in Bonnieโ€™s control only, lawsuits and criminal complaints/criminal investigations started flying. Once again, you may not like me personally, but that doesnโ€™t mean that my business that I rightfully and legally ran for years on end should be taken away from me and given to criminals who do things like this. Especially when these bills are still in my name, youโ€™re still using the name wholesale universe which I created, and your tarnishing and staining my legacy and my name - in my ultimate reputation, which I tried to leave the world to use for good. Yโ€™all took what I built for the community and for the employees and for the clients and ruined it. That makes me so sick to my stomach that I can put in so much time and effort just to have people come in behind me and completely steal it and ruin it, and destroy all the clients in the employees along the way that helped build it and get it there. Along with my children, losing my business that I worked so hard to build to these thieves is the second worst thing that ever happened to me. It took away all of the financial providing for myself that I ever planned for. I didnโ€™t have a Plan B I built wholesale universe and burnt the ships behind me, as Matt Manero once said. I am going to fight this in court, but not the way that everyone thinks. You see, I have a game plan, and what Iโ€™ve learned about my game plans is none of you can ever guess what Iโ€™m gonna do next. So stay tuned.. Yโ€™all thought the fire was lit under my ass before.. Iโ€™m going 3000 times harder now

#JuniorMarkConcertD2 #junniorrs #emiamily ๐ŸŒž: I admit that "Beautiful" is a song that I chose. It's a song that I wanted to sing solo for my show since last year, but at that time, I requested and chose the song too late, so it wasn't used. So this year, I actually feel lucky that I didn't get to show it last year, bc doing the show with Emi, having her as part of the show too, made it a much better show. It was tremendously beautiful. ๐ŸŒž: I wanted to challenge Emi. I know that Emi is really skilled, but, well, to put it simply, I wanted to see her sing a Korean song. I wanted to see her sing a song in Korean. When I listened to the song and tried to imagine what a show with it would turn out like, I knew that it would be beautiful. It would definitely be so beautiful. ๐ŸŒž: Emi is a detailed person. Like, really, really detailed. I'm glad, bc I feel like I'm a detailed person too, so getting to work together with someone who is just as detailed is... I had to look at the concert overall, so for those little details, like for the harmonising, whether to choose this harmonisation or that harmonisation, or whether this line should just be sung without harmonisation, having someone there who is detailed and cares abt it too... I might not be able to go into every single little detail for every song, but I was lucky that I chose the right person. Since Emi has these qualities, it made the song even better. ๐ŸŒž: I'd like to give all the credit to Emi. This is one of Emi's shows that she did really well and it's a song and show that I'll definitely keep going back to. I'm glad that I had Emi as a guest.

Tristan Tate can't keep up with his own MORONIC LIES... Tristan is charged in Romania with inciting violence for ordering one of his female enforcers to beat one of his sex workers, which she did. These two clips expose how much of a fool Tristan is. In the clip on the left in May 2024, Tristan tells Michael Franzese that this charge is because he told his female friend "hahaha, yeah very funny kick her ass" when she told her a story of an altercation she had with another woman. In the clip on the right, the story he told James English this week is completely different. He says that he texted his female friend "kick her out" because a woman who was living in an apartment which he paid for did something he didn't like. Of course, these are both lies. Tristan has completely lost control of his own lies; he has done it continuously for years to the point that it is impossible for him to keep his story straight. This is what the ACTUAL conversation between Tristan and his two female co-defendants pulled from their devices looks like: GEORGIANA: Tell us what the plan is and what you talked to her about TRISTAN: YOU JUST NEED TO FOLLOW MY INSTRUCTIONS... LUANA: xxx just messaged me that she won't work for us, just now. GEORGIANA: What? TRISTAN: Yeah, I'll kick her out. There's no rational solution with these whores. Kick them out HARSHLY, and if they come back, they come back. GEORGIANA: I want the money back, or I'll cut off her breasts. TRISTAN: Kick her out, take her things, and bring them to your place. LUANA: Yeah, I don't want her to leave. TRISTAN: For now, keep all her things. Her boobs cost me 1,500 euros, xxx did them cheap for me. LUANA: Without talking to her. TRISTAN: We can do this with her account. LUANA: She owes us 4,000 euros. TRISTAN: Be careful, I know how to handle this, at least. TRISTAN: NOTHING YOU'RE SAYING WILL HELP. TRISTAN: The move now is the following. GEORGIANA: Okay. TRISTAN: Both of you, kick her out of the house, hit her if necessary, I don't care, don't let her take her things. LUANA: Thank you. LUANA: Okay. TRISTAN: When you kick her out, keep her things in Georgiana's car, so xxx can't give them to her if she comes back later. Kick her out with nothing. Georgiana, you've seen me do this ten times before. Go do it now. Both of you. GEORGIANA: We'll take care of it. TRISTAN: Are you on your way? LUANA: I'm getting ready now. GEORGIANA: Yep. TRISTAN: Good, wait, maybe my kicking her out worked. Don't hit her yet, wait in the car. It is very clear why Tristan is terrified of his fans learning the truth about his incitement of violence charge and lies about it so desperately. It is overwhelming evidence that the Tates were running a sex trafficking ring which used violence to keep women producing pornography.

JOONGDUNK PRAEW PODCAST #DearMyselfxJoongDunk โ€œthird photo is the day when it was almost unbearableโ€ โ€”โ€” ๐ŸŒžitโ€™s the photo that day i took my sister out; i had been working very hard for several consecutive days, but in the end she said she wanted to go out together. normally my sister doesnโ€™t really want to go out with me much cause she likes staying in her room. although i was the one driving - in the end it seemed that day she was the one kind of taking me out. like sometimes we forget our goal but that everything i work for nowadays is to take care of my nongs nothing else. every day is tiring almost no free days, but i do all this work cause i want to see my nong at a good school - in a good place. that day made me feel that being close to my nong fulfilled something inside me like โ€œyeah what iโ€™m working for today is for my siblings - and that day we sat together and had a full meal with my nongsโ€ my mom didnโ€™t come she was tired and stayed home getting a massage : has this event been a long time ago? ๐ŸŒžit was a long time ago. but i still remember it ecause sometimes we remember the day just from the feelings of that day - thatโ€™s why i chose this photo : that day going out with tired feelings but probably coming your room with a different feeling? ๐ŸŒžactually it was another feeling kind of like still tired right but itโ€™s the kind of tired that feels really good it was like reminding myself that today i really did what i wanted to do ๐ŸŒži see my nong sister has her own room - my nong brother has his own room and my little sister also has her own room. everyone in my family gets to eat what they want ๐ŸŒžcause i grew up in conditions where i couldnโ€™t have what i wanted. i didnโ€™t have shoes as nice as others - didnโ€™t have nice bags - didnโ€™t have the best quality pencils. i would use almost a whole pencil before i could get a new one asking mom for a new pencil. so i felt that i donโ€™t want my siblings to have to live like i did. : that was your life when you were in Turkey? ๐ŸŒžyeah not extremely difficult but i had to be frugal : what youโ€™re telling sounds like you were taking on your dadโ€™s role ๐ŸŒžyeah but did i want to do it? no! i didnโ€™t want to take my dadโ€™s place at all. if i could choose to go back if i could choose i would want my father still alive. but in the end everything forced me to grow up on the day i didnโ€™t want to and in the end i did grow up

I think CihAl's consummation (or whatever else you'd like to call it) scene is probably one of the most well-thought-out ones of the series. It's perfect for Alya and Cihan's characters. And, if you watch the build-up, you can pinpoint where both decide to take their relationship to the next step. Let's start with my baby girl. Alya makes up her mind that she's done minding the distance between Cihan and herself pretty early on after she enters her room. The way she turns and looks back at the door with a half-smile. Then the camera pans in on the liquor, almost as if to say, she's thinking maybe she needs a little fortitude. And in the next room, Cihan is going through the same restlessness, almost like he's chomping at the bit too, but can't bring himself to act on what he's thinking. Next up, Alya downs some liquid courage and fills her glass again, almost as if a plan's forming in her head. And when she walks out of her room, she pauses, staring at Cihan's door. Eventually, she decides against it because, like the queen she is, she wants a neutral setting, not to overwhelm Cihan, but to engage Cihan's caution, and to see if he's ready to leave it behind. A broken vase later, when Cihan finally descends the steps to go to his wife, Alya gives him a very unconvincing performance of drunkenness. She wants to invite him to sit with her and iron a few things out between them. This is where her playacting is important because it gives them both protection. If Cihan isn't ready to move forward, she can retreat with her dignity, and he wouldn't have to feel pressured or remorseful. But, Cihan, being the brainiac he is, understands his wife is up to something. And, of course, he wants her like crazy, too, so he decides to play along while upping the ante a little - which is why he offers to carry her to her room. Her room. Not his. Because no matter what transpires, his priority is her comfort. So, up they go, and when he lays her down on her bed, Alya pulls him to sit next to her, and switches to phase two. Remember when I said she doesn't want to override him? Her sequence of questions is a gentle attempt to determine if she's read him correctly. That his guilt is no longer the determining factor in their relationship, without triggering any resentment. Why are we staying in separate rooms? Aren't we married? Don't you love me? Don't I love you? Aren't you my husband? Am I not your wife? Then why are we sleeping in separate beds? See? It's a logical dismantling of the remaining distance between them. And every time Cihan answers, it gives her more courage to move forward, it gives her more hope. Cihan isn't being led; he's an active participant, and he is choosing to be. Step by step, to move forward with Alya, by staying in the conversation, to meet her halfway. Then comes the cute nose-rubbing session, and you can see Cihan wants to give in. But old habits die hard, so he has to be sure. Did you drink too much he asks, and that's when Alya gives up her game. Because she's sure too. She tells him how she only drank one glass of wine and how she broke that vase on purpose. Because when they're so close to the brink, she lays all her cards on the table, like always. It isn't like her to hide. And when Cihan brings the topic back to her drunkenness again, that's him proceeding with care. Baby steps. This is his life we're talking about... I mean, his wife. So, Alya Hanim takes up the challenge and asks, 'Would I only want to when I'm drunk?' things are clear as day. The proverbial bulb goes on in Ciho's head. His 'I don't know, maybe' is him being coy, like the imp he is. But all that playfulness goes out the window when his wife says, 'Wouldn't you like to find out?' I think Alya may have managed to give Cihan a mini heart attack with those words, because his answer is so faint, it's laughable. From that point on, it's all engines go for both of them. They're sure now, their minds and hearts are on the same page. After that, it's all love, desire, flirtatiousness, playful goading, and everything that's quintessentially CihAl. Brilliantly written and masterfully portrayed. #CihAl #Uzakลžehir

At a show on his Solo Tour, John Mayer confessed: โ€œI wait for most things to be over. I wait for this to be over to do the next thing and the next thing and the next thing and the next thing...โ€ To counter this tendency, he implemented a rule. โ€œBecause Iโ€™ve realized, he said, โ€œEverything you love and hate leaves at the same speed: Done. Done. Done. The thing you hate that you have to do tomorrow will be over before you know it, and the thing you're looking forward to tomorrow will be over before you know it.โ€ โ€œSo I have a new rule in my life,โ€ Mayer said, โ€œand the rule is: Never wish for less time. Waiting for things to be over is just wishing for less time. Waiting for this to be over to get to the next thingโ€”that's just wishing for less time.โ€ โ€œSo wherever you go, just make a home right there and do that thingโ€ฆWherever you are, go, 'this is where it's all at right now.' Iโ€™ve been having the time of my life because I figured that outโ€ฆโ€ Takeaway 1: John's realizationโ€”that โ€œeverything you love and hate leaves at the same speedโ€โ€”made me think of something that Dr. Anna Lembke writes about in her book Dopamine Nation: โ€œOne of the most remarkable neuroscientific findings in the past century is that the brain processes pleasure and pain in the same place. Further, pleasure and pain work like opposite sides of a balance.โ€ โ€œAnd one of the overriding rules governing this balance,โ€ she said, โ€œis that it wants to stay levelโ€ฆWith any deviation from neutrality, the brain will work very hard to restore a level balanceโ€”what scientists call โ€˜homeostasis.โ€™ โ€ฆ With any stimulus to one side, there will be a tip of an equal and opposite amount to the other side.โ€ Pain and pleasure, good days and bad days, the things you're dreading and the things you're looking forward toโ€”everything leaves at the same speed. Takeaway 2: The brainโ€™s tendency to think about the next thing is called โ€œprospection.โ€ โ€œOur brains were made for nexting,โ€ the psychologist Daniel Gilbert writes in a chapter titled โ€œProspectionโ€ in his book Stumbling On Happiness. โ€œWhen researchers count the items that float along in the average personโ€™s stream of consciousness, they find that about 12 percent of our daily thoughts are about the future.โ€ In other words, the average person spends 1 out of every 8 hours thinking about the next thing, โ€œwhich is to sayโ€ฆeach of us is a part-time resident of tomorrow.โ€ We are constantly nexting, Gilbert explains, because of โ€œthe illusion of foresightโ€โ€”the illusion that โ€œprospection can provide pleasure and prevent pain.โ€ The reality is that โ€œthe future is fundamentally different than it appears through the prospectiscope.โ€ The reality is that (whether through the prospectiscope or in the present) everythingโ€”pain and pleasure, the things you're dreading and the things you're looking forward toโ€”leaves at the same speed. - - - โ€œSo wherever you go, just make a home right there and do that thingโ€ฆWherever you are, go, 'this is where it's all at right now.' ... Iโ€™ve been having the time of my life because I figured that out...โ€ โ€” John Mayer Follow Billy Oppenheimer for more content like this!

My wife, Aditi Malhotra Chaturvedi, is a Judge Most people who know us, know how madly proud I am of her. But all of that pride comes at a cost .. I also, unfortunately, need reminders to โ€œunderstandโ€ the meaning of why she does what she does, while bearing all that she has to in that process So kudos to the makers of #MaamlaLegalHai on Netflix, a satirical show that depicts in each of the 8 episodes courtroom highlights beyond the courtroom thatโ€™re lifted straight up from real incidents, bound by a central narrative around some super endearing characters in VD Tyagi, Ananya Shroff, Sujata, Munshi Ji, PP Saab, & others. Itโ€™s a kickass show that anyone and everyone will love, for its humour and emotion, & yet, it shows so much of the โ€œjudiciaryโ€, so much of how one of the most important pillars of our country operates, with incredible detail Sharing two clips from the last episode, which made Aditiโ€™s eyes tad bit wet, and my chest swell each bit of those 56 inches. I realise though that I can do better than just feeling this pride. It isnโ€™t easy in first place. We see each other not more than 5-6 days in a month. We are not able to be with each other on days good and bad, when โ€˜that magical hugโ€™ would have meant everything. We give up a lot. Rather, she gives up a lot. Driven by some unknown force, a deep-rooted emotion to do โ€œjusticeโ€ I live in a world where everything is simplified, productised, incentivised, and even then โ€œmotivationsโ€ arenโ€™t easy to build. And on the other hand, is this world. Somewhere in a remote corner with remote amenities. With no line of sight on pay, incentives, promotions etc. With no team engagement, no offsites, no ESOPs, no awards. Yet, mad work ethic. Yet, passion to play every day, every hour, with your everything. Yet, a commitment to sacrifice your prime to serve others. I keep wondering what sheโ€™s made up of .. There is a life she leads inside the courtroom. Which I have had a chance to โ€œwitnessโ€ a few times. Just about always manages to send chills down my spines. And there is a life that she leads outside it. Half a day / long train ride away. Where she works incredibly hard again to make everyone โ€˜feel her presenceโ€™ in fullness To be able to do โ€œjusticeโ€ in your own life, with your own people, while putting yourself out there, is an unbelievable feat that goes unnoticed and uncelebrated .. Every Monday morning when she heads back, we all (including Buzo) remain a bit numb for a few hours โ€ฆ and then life catches up. Waiting for the next opportunity to see each other, hold each other, laugh with each other, cry with each other, just โ€œbeโ€ with each other. Which also always makes us feel very โ€˜gratefulโ€™ for whatever time we get. My job doesnโ€™t help. But I try. She tries harder. We make it work. Having been in love since forever helps .. Few weeks back, when Aditiโ€™s dad was in the ICU, she rushed back late in the night only to head back right next morning on that 6 am train. I asked her on the platform that morning if it was necessary to go, and she said a hundred people, across age groups, were waiting for โ€œjusticeโ€, and even a single day missed means these โ€˜filesโ€™ which translates to โ€œhuman livesโ€ get pushed by 5-6 months, such is the sheer volume of litigation in our countryโ€™s courts Like the series pretty well shows, a great number of times, what happens inside the court affects. Even as I write in the moment, I am rubbing my temples, shaking my head in disbelief, as I recall the absolute horrid state of criminal and civil suits Iโ€™ve seen play out. Sheโ€™s become thicker with time, you donโ€™t have a choice, but a lot of these cases, when I narrate them in my founder/VC/tech brethren, almost a cent percent are shell-shocked and donโ€™t relate to this India But here we are :) As obsessed as I am with what I do for a living, I realise in moments like these that part of my diktat in this life is to help Aditi win, and do better, for the millions that are invisible to the India that I serve ..

Ren Susu, to me, is like a candle in a dark room. She was never afraid of giving people warmth, even if every act of kindness meant another piece of herself melted away. She spent so much of her life becoming light for others that she never noticed she was slowly disappearing. By the time everyone thank her for her glow, there was barely anything left of her. Love, happiness, and peace all feel temporary to her, as though they were never meant to belong in her life for long. So instead of waiting for fate to take them away, she lets go first. It isnโ€™t because she doesnโ€™t love deeply. Itโ€™s because she believes the people she loves would be safer without her. She is brave. She has never hesitated to do what she believes is right, even when it demands impossible sacrifices. Like Qingyi, she has an incredibly strong sense of justice, and she spends much of her life living for other people too. The difference is that Qingyi learned to give because he believed love had to be earned, while Susu learned to sacrifice because she believed her own happiness always came at someone elseโ€™s expense. She doesnโ€™t put herself last because she is naturally selfless. She does it because she no longer believes she should come first. When she learns that Qingyiโ€™s tendons were severed by the Huo family. She quietly asks herself, โ€œWhat if, back then, I had pretended not to know you?โ€ I think that single line tells us everything about how her mind works. There are endless what ifs inside her head. Little by little, those questions begin to erase the person she used to be because she genuinely believes that every tragedy suffered by the people she loves somehow starts with her. When something terrible happens, most of us instinctively ask, โ€œWho did this?โ€ Susu asks something entirely different, โ€œWhat if I hadnโ€™t done this?โ€ She doesnโ€™t look outward for someone to blame. She turns inward first. Every accident becomes her responsibility, every loss becomes evidence that she should have made a different choice, and every sacrifice someone makes for her becomes another reason to believe she only brings misfortune into other peopleโ€™s lives. Thatโ€™s why she keeps pushing Qingyi away. It was never because she didnโ€™t love him. She loved him too much. She simply believed that loving her meant suffering because of her. In her eyes, she is a burden. A jinx. Someone whose existence inevitably invites tragedy. How could she allow the person she loves to stay beside her when she truly believes staying will only destroy him? Susu carries guilt in a way that borders on unbearable. It feels like survivorโ€™s guilt taken to its absolute extreme. She takes responsibility for things that were never hers to carry and wears them as though they are debts she will spend the rest of her life repaying. One of her defining traits is that she constantly chooses to be misunderstood. She would rather let people resent her than watch them get hurt because of her. If becoming the villain in someone elseโ€™s story means they get to live, she will accept that role without ever trying to explain herself. To her, being hated has always felt more bearable than watching someone she loves pay the price for staying by her side. I think a lot of that can be traced back to her childhood. When she enters the orphanage, survival becomes the only thing that matters. It teaches her a lesson that feelings are a luxury, but survival comes first. In a place where every day is about making it through tomorrow, there is very little room for vulnerability. You learn to suppress your own needs because everyone around you is already struggling to survive. It isnโ€™t difficult to imagine how someone raised in that environment would grow into an adult who constantly chooses everyone else before herself. Thatโ€™s exactly who Susu becomes. Every decision she makes revolves around protecting someone else. For Qingyi. For Fang Mulan. For the girls. For her family. For Uncle Fang. For everyone except herself.

Admin post: The big, tough looking guy with the shaved head that had dogs in bite sports and upper level obedience once referred to me as the "Badass woman in the wheelchair with the Rottweilers" and told me I was probably the toughest person he knew. Most people see disability as weak. They have no idea the resiliency we develop to keep moving forward despite all the barriers, the biggest one being attitude. Even getting up, going to the bathroom, and getting dressed is hard work. There's always pain. Pretty much every single thing I do is significantly harder than when I could walk. It's isolating, but often it's too exhausting to notice. People see this middle aged woman with no legs in a power wheelchair walk her well mannered dog and think it's sweet. I'm constantly asked who trains my dogs because most people are quick to make assumptions that I can't. Where other people can simply say they're capable of doing something, I have to prove it to be believed. The past 2 years I've packed and loaded the van, driven myself and 2 powerful dogs hundreds of kilometers, lugged our stuff into hotels where I usually have to move furniture to get a plug in by the bed for my wheelchair charger. I've exercised and pottied dogs in hotel parking lots in wind, rain, and snow. I've done the same early mornings and long days as everyone else there. Sometimes we do ok. Sometimes we do brilliantly. Just because I don't have legs doesn't mean I can't go out there and kick ass. Despite being 2025, there's still a ton of barriers in the world and planning and decisions are typically made by able-bodied who often can't envision the impact they have on others. Being disabled comes with significant extra financial burden, and often policies are put in place that just make it more difficult. Very few days go by where I don't have to advocate for myself and others or fight for what should be a right. It can get extremely disheartening, and sometimes I want to just give up fighting and say they win. I don't. I don't call myself handicapped. I use the term disabled. The term handicapped is used in horse racing. The horse that has proven itself to be superior is required to carry extra weight to make it "fair" for others. The attitudes towards disabilities, the barriers that exist in the built environment, and many of the policies in government are what handicap us. They place the additional challenge on us that often prevent us from succeeding. They often prevent us from even participating. The big guy with the shaved head was right. I'm very tough. I have to be tougher than everyone else just to get to be there. When you see someone with a disability and judge them as weak, ask yourself just how well you'd do in their situation, facing the barriers they face. There's a good chance they're every bit as tough as you. Video description for inclusivity: clips of a woman in a power wheelchair and a large rottweiler competing in performance events at dog shows

Weโ€™re in a weird place now where random girls have better insight into male psychology than most โ€˜pro-maleโ€™ accounts. Usually you do not want to take advice from women, but look what these chicks say: โœ… Guys donโ€™t approach because theyโ€™re unconfident (TRUE; many men are terrified to an almost hysterical degree of women right now) โœ… Guys donโ€™t approach because theyโ€™re lazy (TRUE; โ€œwhy take the risk of approaching a girl when I can just open up an app?โ€ โ†’ something far too many guys think now) โœ… If you get shot down, whatever; just go to the next girl (TRUE; she is not some magical special girl whose rejection has crippled you forever. Go approach another girl, and another after that! Meeting women is a NUMBERS GAME!) โœ… Be kind, donโ€™t be weird (TRUE; there is a difference between being a โ€˜nice guyโ€™ vs. just being a cool, warm-hearted, sociable dude. You do not have to be some cartoonish โ€˜alpha maleโ€™ and in fact that does not work. The โ€˜bad boysโ€™ women are attracted to are generally actually kinder people than the average โ€˜nice guyโ€™ is โ€” they communicate what they really want, do not behave like they feel entitled to something from her, do not place her on a pedestal she can never hope to live up to, and donโ€™t get weird or resentful or depressed when she flirts with or tests them) โœ… Approach with friendship as the basis (TRUE; so long as you do not MISINTERPRET this and think you need to be a neutered, asexual โ€˜friendโ€™ instead. You need to be her SEXY friend, who is playful and flirtatious and a bit naughty, not the nice guy friend who acts like he has no balls and just wants to be her shoulder to cry on) As a matter of fact, I would actually say womenโ€™s advice to men has SOMEHOW STRANGELY IMPROVED over the last 15 years, while most menโ€™s advice to other men has EGREGIOUSLY WORSENED. Men are online telling each other stuff like โ€œyou donโ€™t need women; focus on the money and the women will comeโ€ (this will get you women who are after โ€œa nice lifestyleโ€, i.e., gold diggers) and โ€œnever tolerate a woman who doesnโ€™t put you firstโ€ (newsflash: until you are regularly banging her out, she is NEVER going to put you first!). Honestly, most advice I see men giving other men online nowadays is putting the cart before the horse type advice. Yes, you need moneyโ€ฆ but you should focus on that AFTER you get her. You are supposed to enjoy women young, then pick a woman and focus on building a life. A lot of dudes have it ass-backwards now. Yes, you need a woman who will put you firstโ€ฆ but that comes AFTER you are banging her out. If you want her to do that before you shag her silly, you will be looking for a LONG time, my friend, as well as dating DOWN in a BIG way. Actually I was pretty surprised to hear these girls talk about โ€œif you get rejected, go to the next one.โ€ Back in the day a lot of girls seemed to always treat dating advice like โ€œwhatever girl you approach, treat her like your future wife!โ€ Seems like there is a lot more consciousness among women at this point that dating is a numbers game and as a guy youโ€™ve got to put in the reps. Strangely, men seem to have forgotten thisโ€ฆ and approaching has become life and deathโ€ฆ with dating apps the new โ€˜safe spaceโ€™. Strange times we are in!

THIS IS SO PURE AND SWEET~~ lom got herself such a fairytale type of love ๐Ÿซ ๐Ÿซณ๐Ÿป๐Ÿซณ๐Ÿป #เน€เธชเธ™เนˆเธซเธฒเธงเธฒเน‚เธข *SPOILERS* :) . . . "lom?" the beautiful woman called out the name of the person she shared the house with. however, since she had woken up a little later than usual this morning and wayo hadn't come to wake her, when she got up, she found the house empty. after celebrating with wine last night, she was feeling a bit hungover, but not as much as the sickness caused by the local liquor that had made her feel ill before. "where could she have gone? she didn't leave a note" it had become an unspoken rule between them ever since they had to face the rebels that they always inform each other before going anywhere, so they would always know the other was safe. but today, catherine didn't understand why wayo had broken that rule. if she didn't hear from her, she would have to go look around the house or ask the villagers. "blew" "what are the kids doing here?" "come on, let's go" catherine looked at shasha, who eagerly grabbed her hand, pulling her to walk along. the other children surrounded her, leaving no chance to ask where they were going. having been there for a week, catherine had become close with the children, just as she had with wayo. the kids often invited her and wayo to play or to teach them activities during their free time. "where are we going, shasha?" "it's a secret" the little girl giggled and led her to a resting area on a hill. then she instructed her to stop and wait there, telling her to close her eyes and count in her mind. catherine agreed to follow the instructions, but as she was counting, she heard the sound of children running down the hill. perhaps it was a prank. or maybe just their idea of fun. "you can open your eyes now" "lom! what's going on? don't tell me you planned this with the kids" "yes, i asked the kids to help bring you here" wayo smiled as she appeared to reveal the surprise that had been planned. she had come up with this idea the night before and successfully prepared it with the help of the children early that morning. "don't do thatโ€”i woke up, and you were gone. i was worried" "sorry, but i've been with you the whole time. i didn't know when to prepare the surprise. i woke up early today to get ready" in truth, she had spent the whole night planning it, as she had felt a deep desire in their relationship that had been there long before anything had become clear between them. but as they spent every day together, their love grew stronger, making it harder to pull away. wayo wanted to make everything clear, to show catherine that she was committed to their love more than anything. "surprise?" "a flower crown. it might be a little crooked and not as pretty as rose's, but i made it for you" "it's beautiful.." "it's not as beautiful as youโ€”but let me put it on you" catherine nodded and let wayo carefully place the flower crown on her head. she loved the surprise so much that she wanted to take a picture and keep it as a memory. she would treasure the effort of the one she loved, who loved her in return. "but that's not all" "there's more of a surprise?" "do you know, in my eyes, you're always a princess, and you'll always be my princess" "a matching ring?" wayo opened her hand to reveal a simple silver ring, two matching bands that she had found from the local area. they weren't royal diamonds, but every bit of their simplicity held pure love. "even though we've only known each other for a short time, we've been through dangerous situations and life-or-death moments together. we've built so many memories, proving the love we have for each other. i don't know if time matters in love. but i've never once doubted loving youโ€”not even for a moment. i've always been confident in the love i have for you, and from this moment on, i always will be. and if you feel the same, there's one thing i want to ask you right now" "..." "blew, will you marry me?"
