Being a man of integrity has been the most difficult thing in my life. I have paid dearly for sticking to my convictions and values but I wouldn’t change it. Some examples: 1. Reporting a fellow police officer at the academy who bragged about sticking his service pistol in the mouth of his ex-wife’s new boyfriend and threatening him. (The police “brotherhood” labeled me a traitor and treated me like shit because he was fired) 2. Reporting a platoon sergeant in the Army for sexual misconduct, sexual harassment and denigration of female NCOs. I was the EO NCO. I received actual death threats from fellow SSGs who liked him. 3. Resigning a Federal GS-14 position over corruption and illegal collection activities. I refused to violate Federal law by collecting intelligence on peaceful protestors at the request of a Democrat governor. DHS then refused to readjudicate my TS//SCI making it difficult to find work as a contractor.

I’ve watched most of your SRS interviews and I think this is the wisest thing you have ever said! I wholeheartedly agree and was blessed with a Dad like this, who raised his sons like this. I hope this helps send the men who need to hear this, on the right path. Its never to late
