I have 5 girls 31 extra years let's go!

I believe there can be some truth to this— but for context sake: Did the effects of fathers who have boys get studied too? Having children in general, and bonding with them is hands down the best thing you can do; it’s incredibly fulfilling and rewarding. This will improve anyone’s quality of life & potential longevity.
