This one’s for anyone out there giving it a go. You might be skint. You might be stressed. You might feel like you’re getting nowhere. But let me tell you something: it don’t matter where you are right now, what matters is that you keep on trying. Life ain’t about being perfect. It’s about turning up, doing your best, and refusing to give up. Every time you get knocked down and stand back up, you’re growing. You’re learning. You’re moving forward…. even if it don’t feel like it. Success ain’t overnight. Confidence takes time. But as long as you’re still going, you’re winning. So keep pushing. Keep showing up. Keep backing yourself. And if no one’s told you this today. I’m proud of you. I belive in ya; and I’ll always back ya. Now get out there and smash it. Bosh❤️

James McAvoy says he was told by an actress that he wasn’t good looking enough to be with her on-screen, and that their relationship wouldn’t feel believable to the audience. “I was told once by an actress that it was an interesting choice, my casting, because nobody would usually believe that I would be with somebody like her. That was a kick in the nuts! I was like, ‘All right, now I’ve got to pretend that I really like you for eight more weeks. This is going to be really tough, because you’re so far up yourself.’ It got really interesting, that relationship.” The actor, who is 5’7″, has revealed he’s lost out on many roles because he was too short. "You’re made to feel like you’re not good-looking enough."

[REALLY DISTURBING] So basically, if you’re a female prison warder & you refuse to sleep with your manager, you might as well kiss your job goodbye, you get fired?🙆‍♂️ There are even claims that some managers are sleeping with female prisoners.💔

jaehyun reading a book called ‘끌림’ by lee byungryul 📚 🐶 this is a book i often read when i’m working, so i’ll read you a few lines i like. 💌1️⃣ “youth is full of things that get in the way. being told ‘don’t do that’ so often it feels like your ears will harden into scabs ends up making it impossible to feel, to meet, or to have what you want. but even so, there are things you have to feel, people you have to meet, things you have to fight with everything you have to hold onto, and because of that, you have to be happy. that is youth.” 🐶 there’s this passage, and i really like this page. it feels like a boynextdoor song 😏 💌2️⃣ “there’s a bird that lingers for a long time in front of a beautiful view before leaving. it carries that scenery in its heart as it lives on, and when it finally meets its mate, it takes them back to that place with the beautiful view and lives there for the rest of its life, until it dies there. it’s beautiful, but slightly sad story.” 🐶 i really like passages like this. 💌3️⃣ “there’s always just one answer. face whatever comes. / let things be as they will. / i’m not afraid. / this is also fate. there’s a phrase in latin that can express all of this in one line, ‘Que Sera, Sera.’” 🐶 i really like this latin phrase, so i even thought about making a song based on it.

To all my American brothers and sisters, There are probably some mistakes in my English because it’s a long message. Even so, I really wanted to celebrate this special day with all of you, so I made this video. If you watch it, I hope you’ll do so with kindness and understanding. Thank you so much! 🙇‍♂️

🐿️ i spoke to soobin hyung, of course 🐿️ i contacted him and…i don’t say things like “i miss you” so soobin hyung was like “you can’t even tell your hyung that you miss him” so i said that i’m worried that if i contact you everyday, i’ll disturb your relaxing break and that you might not feel like you’re resting because we’re mostly together while we work and we’re really close hyung-dongsaeng family and also people that work together 🐿️ he’s soundly on break and i thought it might disturn him so i texted him little by little with intervals of time but he was like “beomgyu texts me every day, you punk” 🐿️ so i was like “hey! it’s something i did after thinking it out!”

DeSean Jackson rejects football’s the live in the office coaching culture “I spent 15 years playing in the league. The last thing I want to do is go have a long schedule, 8 in the morning till 10 at night, because we know the coaches we played for, they was in there all day.” “I be in there probably like 6:30 in the morning, and I honestly be out by like two. But I tell my coaches, ‘Just because you there all day don’t mean nothing.’ You can still get out-schemed. You can still get out-worked.” “So I’m not one of those coaches that be like, ‘We got to be there 8 in the morning, 6 in the morning and 10 at night.’ Get in. Get your work done. When you done, man, you get up out of there. I feel like you can get your work done and get home to your family, because I’m not going to be in there all day.” “After a while, you just running up into a brick wall. You going to be miserable, frustrated, cussing out players, cussing out coaches. Nah, bro. I got to go reset.”

Another Friday done! Looks like Lily's about to not be having such an easy time with this one. I might get a chance to do some more on Sunday. I'd like to get as far as I can before I officially come back to work on Wednesday night. We'll see!

🥀 it’s not really a matter of being mature or immature and it’s not a matter of being an adult or not being an adult either honestly everyone just has their own way of dealing with things 🥀 so when my friends or anyone else comes to me because they’re having a hard time and asks for advice, i rarely say things like “it’s nothing” or “it’s okay things will work out” 🥀 i don’t really say things like “hang in there, you can do it” either because when you’re really having a hard time i think you need to fully feel those emotions and really let yourself sink into them 🥀 i don’t know at least that’s how i see it because it’s not really something someone else can solve for you

I like that a lady is the one saying this again. “I don’t believe there is something called an understanding girlfriend. If that exists, then there should also be an understanding boyfriend. You’re br0ke and your boyfriend is br0ke, yet you’re the one expected to be understanding. You’re jobless with no skills, while he has a side hustle bringing in money. You even go to his house because you don’t have food, but you’re still the one being called understanding. So go get a job and learn a skill.” — Lady

🎥 || Lewis Hamilton talking about not giving up and how he’s surprised he’s still standing, given what he’s gone through this year. “Resilience has been the thing that I’ve really managed to continue to work on, it’s something you have to work on. That never giving up mentality. Because the easiest thing is to give up and I’m only human. So there are days where I’m like, ‘I really don’t wanna go for the run’ or, you know, there are days where you sometimes just don’t have the power to pull through but you have to continue to dig deep.” “I think also just learning that when you’re going through something, it will pass. In the moment it doesn’t feel like it’s gonna ever pass because it feels like eternity” “Like this year for me… I’ve even surprised myself that I’m still standing, given what I’ve gone through. The people around me [say], ‘of course you’re still standing’ because they see me in a certain way.”
