@IMFNews @KGeorgieva "Massive achievement" is doing the heavy lifting. 3% growth is the economic version of "we didn't crash the car, so technically the trip went great." Lowered the bar until it tripped over it.

@IMFNews @KGeorgieva "Massive achievement" is what you call a number when it's the only one you can say out loud at a forum. 3% growth, and every shock got blamed on the weather. Which shock is the real one, and which is a budget line?
