A coach said 36 eggs a day was as good as steroids. He built Arnold Schwarzenegger. Vince Gironda was the most feared trainer in Hollywood. They called him the "Iron Guru." His gym in North Hollywood produced the first Mr. Olympia, the greatest poser in history, and the most famous bodybuilder who ever lived — all on a diet of steak and eggs. No sugar. No grains. His client list reads like a bodybuilding hall of fame. Larry Scott, the first Mr. Olympia. Twice. Frank Zane, three-time Mr. Olympia and owner of the most aesthetic physique of the golden era. And Arnold Schwarzenegger, seven-time Mr. Olympia. When Arnold first walked into Vince's Gym in 1968, he introduced himself as Mr. Universe. Gironda looked him up and down and said: "You look like a big fat f**k to me." Arnold trained there anyway. Gironda reshaped his physique. Gironda banned squats. He banned back squats. He banned most standard gym exercises. His philosophy: "Bodybuilding is 85% nutrition." And the foundation of that nutrition was eggs. When steroids took over bodybuilding in the 1970s, Gironda refused. He went further than refusing — he said three dozen eggs a day had the same anabolic effect as a Dianabol cycle. Burn researchers had already confirmed it. Three dozen eggs a day improved healing in burn victims at the same rate as steroids. Gironda put the two together. As drugs took over, the industry erased him. They called his methods extreme. They called his diet dangerous. He died in 1997, largely forgotten by the industry he built. 36 eggs a day. Steak and eggs. No sugar. No grains. He was right all along. Question everything. #NSNG #NoSugarNoGrains #QuestionEverything #RealFood #Bodybuilding

Late in the 2016 NCAA Men's Basketball Championship, Villanova blew a 10-point lead. With 4.7 seconds left, UNC hit a 3-pointer to tie the game. Villanova's head coach, Jay Wright, called a timeout, and as his players walked to the huddle, they were all saying the same word: “Attitude.” “It's the most important aspect of our program,” Coach Wright explains in his book titled, Attitude. “We wear 'Attitude' wristbands. And when we break a huddle, we say '1, 2, 3, Attitude.'” The test of Attitude, Wright taught his players, is: “Where is your mindset after something bad happens to you?” Where is your mindset after you blow a 10-point lead? Where is your mindset after your opponent hits a 3 to tie the game with 4.7 seconds left? “When I looked into the eyes of our players,” Wright writes, “I saw no anger or regret. No one bemoaned [the UNC player's] 'lucky shot,' or that any of our guys had failed to stop him from grabbing the pass that led to that shot, or anything else.” Instead, “they were all saying, 'Attitude. Attitude. This is what we do. Attitude. This is what we do.'” With this mindset, the players returned to the court. Villanova's Kris Jenkins inbounded the ball to Ryan "Arch" Arcidiacono. Arch dribbled up the left side of the court, crossed half court, cut right towards the 3-point arc, where he underhanded a pass to Jenkins, who caught the ball with 1.3 seconds left, and, in perfect rhythm, jumped then released the ball with 0.6 seconds, and hit a buzzer-beater to win the 2016 NCAA Men's Basketball Championship. Takeaway 1: A primary indicator of physical fitness is recovery time. If you are doing all-out sprint intervals, for instance—people who are physically fit recover from one interval to the next faster than those who are not physically fit. “So then, what is mental fitness?” the mental performance coach Greg Harden likes to ask. “Mental fitness is about recovery time,” Harden says. It's about, as Coach Wright said, where your mindset is after something bad happens to you. After something bad happens, people who are mentally fit recover faster than those who are not. Takeaway 2: Just after Kris Jenkins hit the buzzer-beater, Coach Wright famously barely reacted. Before his guys went back on the court, he explained, “I processed all the potential scenarios.” Most likely, the game was going to go to overtime where UNC would ride their wave of momentum and win the game. “No matter the outcome,” Wright continued, “because of the way our players responded after UNC tied the game ["Attitude. Attitude. This is what we do."]—I felt like they had the greatest lesson in life. I felt like that was an accomplishment that would follow them through their lives.” Ryan Holiday once told me, “You have to get to a place where doing the work is the win and everything else is extra.” Wright got to that place. He had done the work to instill in his players a mindset, he said, “that they would carry with them for the remainder of their days on earth.” “In that sense, I knew we had already won.” Everything else was extra. - - - “The fact is, none of us control what happens to us in life—but we do control our responses to those circumstances...no matter how tough it gets or how much of a challenge you face in the final 4.7 seconds of a game.” — Jay Wright Follow Billy Oppenheimer for more content like this!

𝐈 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐥𝐲 𝐦𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐝 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐨 𝐦𝐲 𝐧𝐞𝐰 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧. Something that once felt far away, almost unrealistic at some point. This is not just a win, but a reminder of what consistent effort can actually turn into. few years ago I didn’t have a clear direction. I just knew I wanted more. More than where I was, more than what I was seeing, more than what felt possible at the time. So I started trying things. Failing quietly, learning, starting again. No big announcements, no validation, just me showing up every day and figuring it out as I went. At first my only goal was simple. Just get better, earn something, prove to myself that I could actually make this work. And I did. But like most people, there were moments where it started to feel like that was enough, like I could slow down a bit. That mindset is dangerous. Because the moment you tell yourself this is okay, you stop pushing. And when you stop pushing, you stop growing. I had to change that. I shifted my focus. I stopped just trying to get by and started building something real. I leaned into Web3, started putting myself out there, connecting with people and creating opportunities instead of waiting for them. And that changed everything. It made me realize something. A lot of people don’t lack motivation. They’ve just outgrown their reason. When your goals are too small, your effort becomes small. When your vision expands, your actions follow. Right now I’m not where I want to be yet, but I’m far from where I started and that gap means everything to me. So I’m raising the standard again. Bigger goals, more visibility, building things that actually matter and not getting comfortable too early. If you’ve been part of my journey in any way, I appreciate you. If your direction feels small, it’s probably time to expand it. The bigger the life you want, the bigger the standard you need. Web3 did this, God did this, see you at the top 💙🦅

🚨ANNOUNCEMENT! New Partnership + AI Coaching Offer from Anyman Fitness and Spren 🚨 I have a big announcement to make… For the last 18 months I’ve been working quietly behind the scenes on a BIG project… You may have seen me post about the iOS app “Spren” - a groundbreaking app that tests your body fat % using just your iPhone. The app has been 3rd party tested and is as accurate as a DEXA scan. If you’re into fitness, you know how wild that statement is. A DEXA scan is the gold standard for body fat testing (and they cost $200+ to get one). The Spren CEO (Jason Moore) reached out to me in 2023 and he had a proposal. He wanted to create an AI based coaching offer for people who tested their body fat % with Spren and were unhappy with the results. But he didn’t want it to be generic like Chat GPT. He wanted to model the AI after a coach with extensive experience working with the general public. For the last 18 months, we have been working behind the scenes building this offer, and it just got released to the public. The AI has been fully trained on my coaching strategies, teachings, preferences, and mindset/motivational style. Here’s how it works: • Send a text message to 734-499-1101 • If you’re outside of the US, send the text via What’s App • You’ll be sent a link to learn everything the AI can do for you • You get unlimited scans on the Spren iOS body fat testing app ($70 value) • You get a customized nutrition plan for your goals, and “AI me” will guide you on your journey You connect the app to your macro tracker and wearable. Every few weeks, you scan your body fat % again, and “I” will make adjustments as needed for you to make swift and rapid progress. The best part? I don’t take breaks. I’m always here for you. The “style” is all me… You need reminders to get your butt off the couch and go to the gym? I got you. You need done-for-you meal plans that hit your macros/calories exactly? I got you. You need recipe ideas? Workouts when traveling? Exercise substitutions? Supplementation questions? Or you just want to shoot the breeze? (Lol) I got you! I’m here, 24/7, in your back pocket. I’m thrilled to have a shared vision with Spren on this. To learn more about this new, cutting-edge offer, send a text to 734-499-1101 and check it out!

Revamp Space Translation (11/10/2025) Barcode: Thank you to P’AloneNew for inviting me to be part of this project. I feel really good. This is actually my first project with GMMTV, and I’m very happy — it’s been a genuine and very positive experience. Speaking of Ciar, it’s a really challenging role. Because he’s a vampire, it’s not something that reflects real life, so I couldn’t draw from real-life character traits. It’s like being in a novel — I had to explore and figure out what he’s like, which was a lot of fun. Getting to discover this character was both challenging and fulfilling every time I worked. Thank you so much — I feel really good about it. 👏 ========= Prem: I have a question for Barcode. I want to know — when you were playing the role, did you have a core principle or something you held onto? ========== P’AloneNew: Like, something he grounded himself on? ========== Prem: Yeah, because the character Ciar is quite extreme. So did you have a core idea or mindset going into a scene — like, “I am Ciar, so if I do this, it makes sense”? Something like that? ========== Barcode: Honestly, it was more about doing my homework. There wasn’t a fixed core or anything like that. But once I got to know the character deeply enough, I could just play him naturally. I didn’t have to consciously think like, “If I’m Ciar, I need to be cool, have a low voice.” It wasn’t about that. It’s more about what’s inside the character — what he’s been through, what happened in the previous scenes, what his backstory is, what just happened before coming into this scene, and how that made him feel. That’s a fundamental part of the acting craft. ========== Prem: So, Code, you place a lot of importance on preparation and studying the character before filming, right? ========== Barcode: Absolutely. I give it a lot of importance. I feel like the process of preparation is like 80:20. Everything we show on screen mostly comes from what we’ve done behind the scenes. If we’ve prepared well, everything will just flow naturally. ========== Prem: That’s really good. I’ll remember that and apply it myself. VENGEANCE OF CIAR #RevampSeriesEP8 #barcodetin Tinnasit

🇷🇺 Alexander Babakov Dismantles the Club of Rome’s Dogma of Scarcity World Resources Are Limitless. We Can Feed Everyone. We Can Clothe Everyone. We Can Create Favorable Conditions For All Alexander Babakov: What does the well-known Club of Rome tell us? There is a shortage of resources, there is a shortage of food, the population is too big, etc., and these are the principles that they built their forecasts on. And these forecasts are not true to life. What does Chairman Xi say? What does our president say? World resources are limitless. We can feed everyone, we can clothe everyone, we can create favorable conditions for all. What do we need? We need goal setting. And Chinese goal setting is not generating profit or making more money today than yesterday. No—the goal is to create the right environment for human development, for collective development, for the country as a whole. It is the upside potential that guarantees achieving the highest dreamed-for goals, and it relates to everything, including technological solutions. You’ve seen mind-blowing technological solutions that are aimed at improving the quality of life of the Chinese people. But it is not only that—China can export that. But the key thing is that China started with finance. China created an independent system from those conditions that were set by the West for other countries. For China, or even for Russia of the 1990s, the West was writing rules under which countries could develop only by relying on the amount of money that the metropolis left for that country. Well, you will have as much money as how much oil you have sold. This is how it was in ancient times, when there were real colonies, and the same thing is happening in the modern world. China closed this down and said: in terms of money to develop China, we have sufficient money for our projects. The money mass in the Chinese economy is higher than that of the United States, Europe, and Japan taken together. And China made numerous elements of the economy move together. They armed their people with resources to push development forward. And China does not have any tasks that are not achievable. For any country, there are certain constraints. There are constraints that can be described as the number of projects that can be implemented. This freedom of decision-making and setting a new goal—the quality of life—is something that the West has not yet understood, and it will have to accept that China will lead the world, and then other countries will follow China: Pakistan, which has the same mindset; India thinks the same; now Russia has its own vision. And our principal goal today is not profit-making, not increasing GDP, but a positive resolution of demographic problems—not only maintaining the population, but increasing the population. And it is not a quantitative but a qualitative goal.
