HBO John Adams intro had no business going this crazy.

IIRC they very clearly showed Adams as helplessly awkward and Jefferson having jungle fever, they also made Hamilton out to be a fool. Interesting that Hamilton was a sensation shortly thereafter. Strange how they choose to subvert our historical figures.

John Adams would have been so much better if the terrible Laura Linney wasn't in it.

Such an amazing series. One of the few I have saved.

Watched this for 3 days straight while my wife was in labor

I have 4k version of it and watch it every year on the 4th with The Patriot

Quite literally a masterpiece

Unironically the greatest intro of all time. Fit for the most underrated American of all time.

I helped teach my American history class in highschool (as a student) because I knew more than the teacher about the founding fathers and the early years of the United States, I always told people to watch this show, it'll have you Super Patriotic fast

All the dutch angles in this series kinda ruins it for me.
