He ain’t wrong. Best strategy to buffet right is: 1. Go for most expensive stuff 2. Lose shame lol. Not that I go to buffet often but when I stay at a hotel in Japan, breakfast buffet is so much fun!

Oh yeah. Except that crab legs require effort so I don’t go for mountains 😅

Yes! Crab legs are hard to eat. I go for the meat. 😊

It's so pathetic to see people at the buffet eating like they haven't eaten in weeks. Then not finishing off what they took. Some buffets have a surcharge if you don't finish your plate. It should be everywhere.

It’s a problem when the Asian mom has that mountain of crab legs AND a mountain of rice. 🍚 You don’t need rice at the Vegas buffet!

I love salad and I can eat infinite amounts of it. It does nothing to slow me down at the buffet.

I think the BUFFET was right to charge for the take-home food. It’s unreasonable for people to go to a buffet and purposefully stack food on plates so they have enough to take home. This isn’t a regular restaurant where the pasta was a large portion so you have leftovers, Right?

Major Las Vegas Hotels have been ending their buffets MGM Grand just announced its buffet will also close at the end of May. The buffet has been open for 30 years at the resort The Vegas resorts say rent and operating costs are so high, they can no longer afford the buffet offerings “In recent years, 75% of casino and resort revenue came from gambling with 25% coming from other entertainment. But in the 2000’s he says that ratio was flipped on its head. No casino can afford to give away food for free, much less, for less than free for a loss. They have to make a hundred million dollars a year in rent on each one of their properties. They the luxury of giving food away anymore.” They say it’s just too hard to keep prices under $80 per person I looked it up and the main buffets still on the strip are: Bacchanal Buffet at Caesars Palace The Buffet at Wynn Las Vegas Wicked Spoon at The Cosmopolitan The Buffet at Excalibur Circus Buffet at Circus Circus Signature Seafood Buffet at Resorts World For now

Marc Lou, who built 35 startups, says he doesn't take a single day off — because his fun is literally making stuff. "I love my day so much that I want to repeat it every single day. I don't like Sundays because my fun is actually making stuff." "When I go on a holiday, usually I go mad."

Doesn’t everyone know that you can’t take food to go at a buffet? And as someone that has had many GI issues and underwent various tests, including what this lady has, you should know better. You can’t blame Disney (or any buffet/family style restaurant) for the rules they have in place. If you can’t eat the food there, go to a normal restaurant.

Taylor Townsend on the dinner buffet she saw in China: “I’m honestly just so shocked at what I saw in the dinner buffet. As I go back and I look… these people are literally killing frogs… bullfrogs. Aren’t those poisonous? Aren’t those the ones that give you warts and boils and stuff? And the fact that it’s all stewed up with chillies, peppers, and onions. Like oh, you really made this a dish. All in all I’d give this like a solid 2 out of 10 so far, because this is crazy” (via Taylor’s IG)

💭 How long are you staying (in Japan)??? 🌻 I’m not staying that long. And… not that long. I’ll just make it quick, keep it short, travel, and then… also, my friend from middle and high school… with that friend from middle and high school, I also decided to go on a trip to Japan together. So I’ll be with my family, and then my family… my family will go back to Korea, and I’ll go straight to another ar- (laughs) another area, and take another really short trip with my friend, and then I’ll probably go back. 🌻 Ah, and my friend had been really worried because he said that finding a job wasn’t going well. He had been like that for a while, and I kept encouraging him, and then he said he got a job. So I was like, “Oh, you got a job?!” and told him, “Congratulations so much!” But he said he got a job at a Japanese company, so starting next year… he said he has to live in Japan starting next year. So I was like, “Ah, in Japan…” (laughs) “So you’re going to live in Japan starting next year.” And then when I thought about it… next year, I’ll pretty much only go abroad when I’m working - only when I’m going for work, and if things go like this, (laughs) there’s a high chance we won’t be able to see each other for a long time. So I just said, “You’re going to live in Japan now, so to celebrate you getting a job in Japan, let’s just go on a short trip to Japan.” 🌻 Ah, but this is that friend I usually talk about. When we actually meet, we go to a PC bang (internet/gaming café). It’s nice to see each other when we meet in the neighborhood, but there’s nothing to do, so we go to a PC bang (laughs), then just briefly stop by a café. That’s the friend I was talking about.

Happy (late) anniversary to Kirby’s dream buffet! While this may not be the most popular Kirby game, I still thought it would be fun to celebrate so me and many other artists collabed on drawing a Kirby costume for our sonas OCs and in-game costumes as a fun celebration! Enjoy

“I didn’t think that would happen” is not a leadership strategy. The best leaders assume things will go wrong—and practice what comes next.

Michael Saylor $MSTR on Warren Buffet $BRK.B holding $325B in cash: "They are destroying $3B a month in shareholder capital. They are generating a 3% after tax yield at best and the cost of capital is 15%. Take 12% negative real yield, $325B times 12% is what the shareholders are paying for that." "If I had an hour alone with Buffet in a calm environment, I'd walk out and he'd say that this Bitcoin $BTC thing is a pretty good idea, Charlie would've liked it and we're going to buy some."
