He changed the master bathroom completely with a cost breakdown.

Never caulk around the base of a toilet ....NEVER!

The tally is materials only. Contractors out the door fee would be $65k for that scope is work in Western Washington.

All that and no bidet?!?!?!??

Everything looks great, great craftsmanship except the shit toilet. Get a good TOTO toilet.

I just had a similar remodel done with a contractor and it cost me $26,000 including materials. This included spanish marble for the shower with a pebble feature, remove built in bathroom, relocate drain, new cabinets, Brazilian granite countertops for two sinks, new flooring and tile behind the bath tub and backsplash.

As a contractor with materials, it would probably be close to 24000

The rock tiles are awesome, but the other tile you put in it looks like prison tile

prices are out of date

That's about 30-40k to get that done

Horrible plumbing

That stone lay tile in the bathroom is going to be a bitch to clean, fyi.

Idk why people don’t do a cement + acid wash on floors. It’s so much more unique/cheaper

That stupid rock (I have it in my shower) sheds. The tops of the rock start peeling and falling off over time then it clogs the drain & pipes.

Beautiful!!!

Infinity grateful my husband knows how to do all of this.

How much for the video editing!

All them shitty packs fit for us is gonna cost your boat $80,000 to replace your shit that’s gonna get damaged when it all leaks. I know this because I did the same thing at my house.

How much for all of the tools, fuel, truck, insurance and all the stuff you didn’t mention in the video?

pass.

$30,000 total

me asf when I’m told I’m moving

Shower needs a bench….

Love the giant shower window.

That’s a 25k bathroom all day for under 10k in materials 👍

He was about right,$20k. I'd say contractor would charge close ro $-30,k bcuz the free standing run and large shower

That’s about 20k as a contractor materials and labor

The hard-to-clean corners of the bathtub are even more difficult to clean.

A month???? 😂

Working your way out of business is what is going to happen

Nice renovation… Tell me more about that sweet Tennessee waterfall, though.

Wife looks like a smoke show so makes sense

60-70k all day.

Definitely Worth That Money Everything Was Done Super Professional
