Just give him the tip and a private note saying he's awesome. Why feel the need to make a social media video about it to make yourself "look" good. For the record, I think it makes you look like a douche.

I think it's still 100 times better than not tipping or just tipping the minimum you're required to, which is what the majority of people do. Look at the man's reaction—he was overwhelmed with gratitude, and that's all that matters at the end of the day.
