Coached hockey during Covid with no fans/parents. Kids were the most relaxed and happy I’d seen them in years. Fans/parents need to get a clue. Cheer them on. Let them enjoy the game.

It’s simple these parents always have something to say. They always sit and talk shit like they can do a better job. This dude came down behind the bench to talk shit to the coach during a timeout. Coach lost it.

It’s why, as a parent, I sit by myself on the top row to watch my kids games. Don’t want to hear other parents going after the refs, coaches or other kids.

As a coach for over a decade at multiple youth levels, I can tell you that dealing with parents is sometimes challenging. Without knowing the facts, I can only assume the guy in the stands probably crossed the line. At what point is it ok for Dad to go yell at a coach? Never
