“He did not go into this thinking he was joining the Eisenhower Administration,” says Mark Halperin about Marco Rubio. “The problem is the degree of chaos and disorganization is shocking to the sensibilities of someone like Marco Rubio, who's used to rules and order and some sense of organization... show more

@MarkHalperin You guys are whacko. There is zero disorganization. You just don’t like it. That’s fine. It’s not your party in power and if your party ever wins again you can fu*k it all up like you did last time. And you will.

"The Democratic Party's actions had left many U.S. citizens feeling humiliated. Signs of a Trump victory were proclaimed well before Biden withdrew from the race. The voters had had enough." 📝 @KarinaLMariani

@MarkHalperin Great observations as usual Gents. I truly believe Mr Rubio‘s influence will emerge as a leading force in the administration‘s policy direction as time goes by.

@MarkHalperin Mark, I think your analysis of how much Rubio is liked is off. He’s actually been one of the biggest positive surprises so far. There were a lot of doubts early on, but ever since his Senate confirmation speech, he’s become popular.

@MarkHalperin Only way Rubio bows out is if he decides he doesn't want to run in 28.

@MarkHalperin lol if he can’t handle it Ric Grenell is available. Though I do like and respect Marco Rubio

@MarkHalperin Let it play out. Can’t you see now that Trump is a long game guy?

@MarkHalperin

@MarkHalperin I get the vibe Trump wanted Rubio as his VP but due to both of them living in the state of Florida, Trump was unable to pick him.

@MarkHalperin You’re all wrong. He joined the administration to free The Americas.

I disagree with your assessment of Rubio‘s intentions. If you listen to him over the last couple years, he is consistent in stating that Trump is not an ordinary politician, and doesn’t do things the way that conventional people do. He was very clear that he came to appreciate that andthe lack of a consistent old style order is not what he was expecting, given these comments, when he joined the administration. He looks at results and policy now in a different way and not the old style. He’s been very consistent about that and it’s been an evolution in his thinking and he’s very impressive in how well he can articulate that.
