When the civilian tries to deescalate the cops you know it's bad.

When the cop comes up at full 100 accusing the man of "battering a bartender" and the man is at a 5 saying "no I did not", I am inclined to believe the man. Especially after these officers then assault him and the man was calm the entire time. Sorry...I don't believe this man "battered" anybody without proof.
