1) That is not a "" ractach " strap,its a spring compression strap. 2) The word is RATCHET. I have no idea what ractach means.

Awwww, give the guy a break. He used what he had on hand. You can hear the woman on the phone talking to a tree cutting place about an emergency call. He was just trying to buy time to hopefully hold it until the tree cutting crew could get there.

The zip tie job looks pretty, but they would snap easily when that tree shifts.
