First thing a franchise gotta do is identify THE guy. Not “a guy,” THE guy. Bulls figured it out with MJ and built everything around him—boom, dynasty. OKC did it with Shai, said “that’s our star,” and aligned the whole program to him. Too many teams skip that step, start building before they know who they’re building for, and wonder why they never win a ring. Find your star first. Everything else comes after. 🏆
