The liar inside us that says not to workout in the morning.

Sad that I knew who the other person was :15 in. Had many conversations with him. Consensus: best workout is the one that gets done.

Heck yeah, I love morning PT, it makes the rest of the day feel like you’re going down hill. Even if you achieve nothing you achieved PT. I got to start doing morning PT, I need to get my shit together

The best thing I learned from many people, and you're included, is that the most important thing in the world is being myself. That means I should not be Jocko, but most importantly, I shouldn't be that voice in my head that repeats the expectations of other people.

Damn it. Thank you for this. I've been hitting it later in the afternoon. Very consistently. Although.... This is getting me thinking, maybe I should get after it at the beginning of my day, and start my day earlier. Now I need to re-evaluate.
