He has absolutely no concept of personal space

Cats being cats, wanting to be left alone. Dogs being dogs, wanting to be friends & play. He loves the cat so much that he follows him around the apartment. Meanwhile the cat can't be bothered.

If there is one creature in the world with zero regard for personal space, it is a cat. But the moment you invade their space, they become all antsy.
