How are you ordering 8-10 pizzas & don't even consider to tip the driver?! Just go pick it up yourself! I always pick stuff up myself & people that do deliver to me I tip them for their time. It's only right. These companies & economy are the real problems though.

The guy is paid hourly. He is also paid per delivery he makes. He is also allowed to accept tips. I've been a delivery driver, and even without tips, it made more than working regularly hourly. Lots more. The tips were nice, but even on a slow week, I averaged more than any kitchen work. Basically, that dick gets paid more than the people who made it and can get tips.

Tbh, people really shouldn’t have to tip. The employees should get paid more. America is built on thievery. I would tip him, though. He doesn’t get paid enough, and until we can change that, give him a tip.

Yeah I understand she didn't tip but she pay for the pizza. It isn't requirement to give a tip. It's more of a courtesy than a requirement. I do tip but for him to say I'm not giving you there pizza is wrong for real to do that. You know some other countries don't believe in tips they don't even have a option to do it when you order food so yeah it's American thing but like I said it wasn't a requirement though. But yeah he getting fired because of his attention he shouldn't even get a tip the way he talking to her very disrespectful.
