I mean, to "all other anime" is a stretch, a very big one in fact. Aot has AMAZING Osts. My favourite soundtrack in anime is YouSeeBIGGIRL. But Bleach, Berserk, Death Note, JoJo's etc also have amazing ost. Especially Bleach.

Most amazing thing about the aot sound tracks isn't even only that they sound great, but the fact that they're even describing the events of the story or foreshadow what's gonna happen, or are even used to describe what the characters are going through. That is absolutely amazing
