I don’t know what it is with law-enforcement nowadays, but in my day you would tell someone you’re under arrest and neither they complied instantly or they resisted. If they resisted in anyway, the moment you put hands on, it was full force. It wasn’t let me touch your hands. Let me feel around. Let me wait for you to do some bullshit. It was wrenching their arm behind their back, slamming them against the car and you were forcefully making them comply no, if ends or butts! It was on until you were cuffed. Not a good look and excessive force due to poor officer arrest standards.
