Doesn’t he need his hands for other purposes? If his job is dangerous, wouldn’t he need two hands? Most likely saw that he was dealing with a lone white woman and felt no threat. Other cars had gone around Renee Good. There was no obstruction of traffic. Ross and his fellow agents seemed like they were taking the opportunity to harass a citizen whose behavior they disapproved of. Ross then gets in front of the car. Again, you’re not supposed to do that. Nobody has provided any explanation of how this could be justified. All law enforcement who have spoken about this are in agreement. He likely did not get hit by the car, and if he did it was just barely, and his legs and body were away from the car after he could see she was turning away. It appears that maybe his arm got hit if anything, and that was because he was holding out his cell phone, which again no real cop would do. And here’s the absolute nail in the coffin: he fires two more shots while he’s clearly off to the side! By this point, the other agent was getting away from the car.
