In Islamic jurisprudence (Usul al-Fiqh), there is Rukhsah (رُخْصَة - concession, ease, or allowance) to this matter. Islam has a solution for this matter. Prayer is obligatory to connect one to Allah, but it is not meant to be burdensome.
