He literally shared the neuroscience hack to erase limiting beliefs.

Step-by-Step Process to Apply the Methodology 1. Identify your specific limiting belief Pinpoint one clear, recurring negative belief that’s holding you back (e.g., “I’m not good enough,” “I’ll never succeed at this,” “People like me don’t get ahead,” “I’m bad with money”). • Be precise — write it down exactly as it shows up in your thoughts. • Focus on one belief at a time for the 21–30 day period (don’t try to tackle 5 at once). 2. Prepare your replacement (new empowering belief) Create a positive, believable counter-statement in the present tense. • Examples: • Old: “I’m not good enough” → New: “I am capable and improving every day” or “I have unique value to offer” • Old: “I always fail” → New: “I learn and grow from every experience” • Make it feel authentic — not overly grandiose if that triggers resistance. 3. Catch the old belief when it arises (the interruption) As soon as the limiting thought enters your mind (or is triggered by a situation), immediately interrupt it. • Say (out loud if possible, or firmly in your head): “That’s an old story.” • This labels it as outdated and begins starving the old neural pathway by refusing to let it run automatically. 4. Immediately replace it with the new belief Right after the interruption, state the new belief: • Say: “The new story is [your empowering belief].” • Repeat it 1–3 times clearly and with conviction. • Do this every single time the old belief pops up — consistency is key. 5. Visualize the new belief vividly + add emotion Spend 30–60 seconds (or longer) right after stating it: • Close your eyes if possible. • Picture yourself living the new belief as if it’s already true: see the scenes, hear the sounds, feel the emotions (confidence, pride, relief, excitement). • Include sensory details and real or imagined evidence from your life that supports the new belief. • Emotion is crucial — repetition alone is good, but repetition + strong positive feeling strengthens the new neural pathway fastest. 6. Repeat consistently every day for 21–30 days • Treat this as a daily practice: aim for multiple interruptions/visualizations per day (the more triggers you catch, the faster it works). • Even on “good” days with no triggers, do at least 2–3 deliberate sessions: recall the old belief briefly, interrupt it, state + visualize the new one. • Track it in a journal or notes app: note the date, how many times you caught it, and how the new belief felt. 7. Monitor progress and strengthen over time • After 1–2 weeks, notice if the old belief arises less often or with less intensity (it’s weakening from disuse). • The new belief should start feeling more natural/automatic. • If needed, tweak the wording of your new belief to make it even more resonant. • After 30 days, evaluate: Has the old pathway faded significantly? If yes, keep practicing to solidify; if not fully gone, continue the process longer. Key Tips for Best Results • Do it out loud when alone — verbalizing engages more brain areas and reinforces the shift. • Combine with evidence gathering: Actively collect small real-life proofs that support the new belief (e.g., “I finished that task well → evidence I’m capable”). • Be patient and non-judgmental: If you slip and fully indulge the old belief, just catch it next time — no self-criticism (that reinforces the limitation). • Science backing (as mentioned): This leverages neuroplasticity — consistent practice with emotion creates stronger synaptic connections for the new pathway while disuse prunes the old one. Stick to this exact sequence every time the belief surfaces, and do the deliberate practice sessions daily. Most people notice meaningful shifts within 2–4 weeks when done consistently.

Good video share, brother! Your limiting beliefs limit you for the rest of your life. Break them and be free.

State of mind is a choice. You choose your own beliefs. If they don't serve you, change them. This is gold, thank you for sharing.

yah a boomer who had it easy driving a convertible as the right answers

is this John Assarafs great grandpa?!

This feels delusional. But I am a fan of writing down, saying I used to be, and I’m committed to a new direction. I’m not the person entrenched in those ways. I’m a person that reflects on decisions, course corrects, and am on a path toward mastery in that area

Hmm.. Does belief create our experience or does experience shape our beliefs. IDK One thing for sure, our brain wiring was determined at birth. Consciousness is an uber ride with the amazing feeling as if we are driving or giving direction after the brain decides. Consciousness is a survival mechanism for the brain, bc it needs feedback. Both a gift and curse.

John Assaraf one of the GOATS!

Why is this "literally"?

Patanjali's yoga sutra 2.33 'when experiencing negative thought patterns, sincerely think the opposite.' Like you're breaking it into manageable bits and suggesting repetition, what seems like an odd thing to say, repeated sincerely, become how you think and who you are

@grok who is this again? I met him on clubhouse he lives in SoCal it’s not Joe Dispenza or HUBERMAN

خلاصه اش کن @grok

@grok Explain why this works and how we can free our mind by only thinking of what we can do and not what we can’t.

@FlitePublishers

@grok I dont have 100 women serving me by my bedside or 100 DMs from hot models and I dont have 100billion being sent to my inbox by doing absolutely no work…how can this video help me achieve that and will it?
